This Airbnb ended up working out for us. The team went above & beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. When we arrived the AC was broken but the team workout til 8pm to make sure it was fixed and never had issues the rest of the stay. Very accommodating and helpful host.

Impressive space right by the kid-safe public beach of Chilleno Bay. Easy to get Uber in 10 minutes so no need for car, but has easy parking if you want that

this Airbnb was perfect for our destination wedding. the wedding was at the Grand Velas hotel, just down the hill and across the street and the access for the pools was so appreciated. Great condo and responsive hosts, if I had a question it was answered within minutes. thank you!!

The airbnb was very clean, the amenities inside were excellent. The staff are very polite. The area is a little isolated, but a safe and up-and-coming residential neighborhood. The host is communicative and prompt in responding to any issues. The location needs to be updated though. If you stay in this airbnb, you will have access to the amenities in Grand Velas Los Cabos and to the beaches behind the hotel. However, you will stay far from the hotel, and access is not easy unless you have a rental car to park at the hotel.

This is a beautiful condo with ample space that fit our three adults and two children perfectly. We loved sitting out on the patio, the view is gorgeous. We loved having access to the resort. We rented a car so I cannot speak to the availability of using the car that is provided with the rental. There is a provided parking space which is great. I felt very safe and took walks every morning in every direction. There is a trail right off the condo which was nice to explore. There is ongoing construction to one side of the condo, but I trained my mind to translate the truck noises into wave noise! We cooked at least one meal everyday and the kitchen is well appointed. We used the pool which was very refreshing and fun for the whole family. There is a convenient store at the end of the street, grocery stores are about fifteen minutes away. I would say that if the concierge is communicating via a messenger and doesn’t respond then send a message via the Airbnb chat and they are responsive.

Great place with innumerable amenities and close to the Grand Velas 5 star resort, which you get access to-- assuming they aren't fully booked. The airbnb itself is great and the concierge team is very helpful. It's fully stocked with everything you need, has great vewis of the water and whales, and has it's own pool if you want to take a dip. It's also only a short 15 min walk to the resort and the beach, though the street you have to cross is quite busy! Overall, a great airbnb and amazing service from the team there, would definitely return and recommend

This property is absolutely perfect. The host was very responsive helping us to set up transportation, groceries etc. The condo was very clean and came with all appliances necessary to enjoy a long weekend. The community pool was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic place, great location, well stocked kitchen, lovely balcony and view, very responsive host, key pad entry makes for easy entry and check-out! Easy to walk to Grand Velas where we were attending a wedding that weekend.

Sean’s place was beautiful, generously stocked and provided ample space for my family. The patio/view was beautiful and made for a highlight every morning. The staff was prompt and accommodating. Tip: Definitely need a car to get to places. Thank you Sean!

Beautiful condo! The patio was incredible-big and cozy to enjoy the absolutely stunning views. Watching the sunrise on the patio was one of the highlights of our trip. It’s clear that the property is well taken care of the furnishings and decor were top notch. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Access to Grand Vegas resort was also a highlight for us, the property and service was incredible. Be aware that the most people there are hotel guests that have an all-inclusive rate so staff had to go outside normal service to get us our checks, prices, etc. It’s ~ 10/15 minute walk to the resort from the condo-feels safe but it is down a hill. We were able to use the resort car a few times on the way back to the condo, but it’s subject to availability. The yatch was also a highlight! The boat and service onboard was awesome. Overall we really enjoyed our time. We did have some communication and logistical challenges but the staff was very responsive.
