The home was very nice, it is very well kept. The owner answered all our questions prior to our arrival. The person who greeted us was a very nice lady who showed us around the house and explained how everything worked. The location is very close to all the theme parks in the area. The pool was clean and has an area that is shallow enough for toddlers. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would choose this home again if we visit the area in the future.

The place is as shown in the photographs, the place is accessible, Miguel Angel was attentive every time I wrote to him and gave us a solution every time we wrote to him, the place is close to the Irtra parks.

The place is very comfortable, cozy and very clean; the location of the house is very good, because everything is close by, the parks are nearby and the food in the area is very good. Communication with Michelangelo was very good, I would definitely return to Casa de los Abuelos, excellent service

Excellent accommodation! The house was impeccable, everything was very clean and in order. Super comfortable and cozy environments. The pool definitely gives it a Plus. All in all, everything is excellent. We were delighted, we would definitely come back

The location in the listing via Google Maps sends to Retalhuleu, not to San Felipe. Guests usually don't know the town and go to the park traffic light. The house is in acceptable condition.

Gracias Ignacio. seguramente lo de la toalla fue equivocación, pero deme un número de cuenta y le reintegro los Q50. Lamento los inconvenientes sobre la ubicación, resolveremos esta situación aunque es primera vez que nos indican este problema de ubicación de Google Map. Gracias
