Gorgeous place! Spectacular view of the sea, and the villa itself is very spacious, clean, and pleasant. Jonathan and Rafaela were very nice and honest. When we had a problem, they sent someone to fix it, and their response was quick and efficient. Highly recommend this place Keep in mind that the villa is located on a mountain and can be reached mainly by 4x4 vehicle, but it is also possible on foot.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! This was our first time in Costa Rica, and given the chance I would go back to this exact same house. The daily cleaning was a huge plus and the communication between concierge was unmatched. If you’re thinking about booking, do it! You will not regret it!

Five stars all around. If you’re looking for the perfect spot in Santa Teresa, this is it. The location is central to everything, yet the property feels like a private oasis. What really set this stay apart was the service: daily cleaning and laundry were game-changers for a beach trip. A huge thank you to Yonatan’s team for the flawless coordination - they made everything seamless from start to finish. We’ll be back for sure!

The place was amazing and really made our stay in Santa Teresa wonderful. It was great having a maid come daily to freshen the towels, clean etc. We had a chef the first night and he was able to get in early to start cooking so that we could have a sunset dinner when we arrived. Lots of kitchen utensils for cooking, the AC in each room, and having our own private pool and cabana area was amazing. It is on a very steep hill, worth it for the view, but since we only had one car, we had to coordinate so that no one was walking down the hill, especially at night.

Excellent House, Jonathan is one of the best hosts I have ever had on Airbnb, his service is impeccable, always responding to everything. The house is really spectacular with incredible sunset views and a very good layout, everything is very tasteful and easy. It is close to everything and the access is very good (pavement), we enjoyed Yonathan's house a lot. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back

I was extremely happy with a Kaleo and Jony as our host. The home was a perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Santa Teresa and the Nicoya peninsula have to offer. Jony was probably the best and most responsive host I’ve experienced with Airbnb.

We came to Costa Rica with our three children and immediately fell in love with the town of Santa Teresa. We were very warmly welcomed by the owner. The house is perfectly located with a beautiful view over the sea. The house is minimalist with a very nice interior. Beds are very cozy. We didn't miss anything. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time at this beautiful property. It was a very tasteful place and I liked that it had 2 very nice and somewhat equal bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The view and sunsets were spectacular! Had a great stay and highly recommend.

Great place!

Yonatan’s home and hospitality is the best experience I have ever had on AirBnb—the house is stunning, Yonatan’s communication was beyond excellent. He set up cabs for us, gave amazing restaurant recommendations, had a private link to set up excursions with Local Bird, a great delivery service to get groceries (SippDelivery) and had beer and wine and treats from the AMAZING local bakery waiting for us upon arrival. The beds are soooo comfortable and laundered to perfection by the housekeeper, Deyling, who comes every day. We brought my parents as a gift and it was a gift to us all that we chose Villa Kaleo. The pool is great, the view is gorgeous. We saw white face monkeys, iguanas, heard howler monkeys—all around the house. Highly recommend horseback riding with Oscar as well. GO!
