10/10 - This is the best Airbnb I’ve had the opportunity to stay in. Not only is the home beautiful but Charles and his team were incredibly accommodating. They helped with everything from setting up airport transportation to welcoming us for a welcome tour. We stayed for 3 nights and we will absolutely be returning next year - for longer. This is a must book! Thanks again Chad and team! Will be back!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this home. The property itself is truly luxurious, and the amenities are flawless. There isn’t a single thing they haven’t thought of. No detail was overlooked, and it’s clear a lot of care has gone into creating an exceptional experience. The hosts were incredibly responsive and handled every request with kindness and grace. They made everything seamless for us, from arranging massages and transportation to coordinating golf carts. Every detail was taken care of. During our stay, we had some medical needs, and the team was exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Luis, the chef, and Bernice, the on-site house manager, who went out of their way to help us get medication quickly and with such care. Every person we interacted with was helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. We loved everything about this home and would return in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

Having had a home in Fundadores many years ago, we were delighted to return to this beautiful development and spend a week at Charles's fabulous home. The house was stunning! Each room was not only comfortable, but beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we actually cooked. The outdoor space was enjoyed by all morning, noon and night. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our group of 8 and the fire pit was super cozy to gather around. The daily maid service was hands down the best part. It truly felt like a resort. And the concierge was so helpful with reservations and taxi's. We will definitely be returning to this home in the future. Cannot wait for our next visit.

I can't say enough about this beautiful home. My girlfriends and I never wanted to leave! We are all interior designers and typically immediately notice poor design decisions in rental houses but that was not the case at Casa Paz. The design is stunning, modern but not cold - the furniture is high quality - no notes! Which is rare! The neighborhood is beautiful, walkable and felt very safe. It is very quiet and peaceful. The host was always available for questions and assistance. Overall, the experience was a dream and I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Just perfect. I often prefer to stay at the four seasons or the ritz and this place was easily at that caliber - just without the screaming kids and entitled parents. The house was magical and in a great location. it is in a high end neighborhood where some of the houses are $5m++ Charles and his team communicated fast and proactively. I have no notes. if in doubt, rent it.

Amazing; the house was everything. We (7) all said the picture did not do this house justice. The staff; everyone that we came in contact was nothing less than great. The house superseded our expectations. We look forward to the return!!

Charles home was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded our expectations, but what put it over the top was the service and communication that he and his team provided! From the concierge, to welcome crew, and to the wonderful housekeeper who came by every day to refresh the space - they all felt like family to our families by the the end of the week! We comfortably had two families and a toddler and it could not have been more perfect! Thank you for everything!!!

This home is pure luxury—immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The pool and outdoor space are absolutely stunning—we spent most of our time lounging in the water or relaxing under the umbrellas. It truly felt like our own private resort. Charles, the owner, was amazing—super responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Every detail in the home is thoughtfully done, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. Can’t recommend this place enough—we're already planning our next trip back!

House was amazing, very functional. Layout and space is very convenient. House is incredibly clean. Kitchen and appliances are great. In summary the house is amazing The host was incredible, very attentive and useful and made our arrival, departure and stay very smooth.

Staying at Casa Paz was a delightful experience! Charles was incredibly responsive and made our stay seamless, assisting with everything from golf cart rentals to baby gear.
