We loved our stay in Uvita. Jossetth and Vivian were communicative and helpful. This cabaña was in an unbeatable location; it was right next to the beach AND a gorgeous walking trail. Monkeys, macaws, lizards, and all sorts of wildlife were everywhere. There were restaurants nearby and definitely walkable. We chose this place due to the location and because it had AC. The AC was a MUST for our trip and we ended up not needing or wanting hot water anyway:) We gave 4/5 stars mostly due to the AC turning off multiple times during our stay. We couldn’t figure out why, though it eventually came back. Without it, the cabin was very hot. The ceiling did leak slightly after a rainy night and we let the host know. I’m sure that will be fixed before the next guests arrive. All in all, great stay! Would book again.

Nice cottage with its own Jacuzzi, great for cooling off. Close to the beach. Relaxed place.

This cabaña was a delightful place for our family to stay. It is right on a extremely quiet unpopulated beach with beautiful shells and wildlife. A few highlights for us were walking down the beach and finding a tidal stream that carried us gently along back and forth with the wave motion. We could have stayed there all day. Also we walked down the street and found a wonderful Thai cafe where the food was so good, the prices excellent and the service wonderful. At Jossetth's place, we mostly interacted with Carmen, her mom, who was lovely. The outdoor shower was great and if you're looking for AC, choose this place.

The house is really nice and the location is amazing. Just 25m from the house you are at the spectacular beach of Uvita. You can see monkeys and birds in the palms and just relax.

The best thing about this place was the location! It was right across the street from the beach, where the jungle meets the waves. Absolutely spectacular location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cabañas Vacal! Cute, comfortable cabin with everything we needed, and the beach access was perfect . Jossetth Is a very responsive host and her parents (who live onsite) made us feel very welcome. Great place to stay in Uvita!

I loved it. It's super complete, equipped with a kitchen. The back area where the Jacuzzi is, is beautiful. Monkeys also come super close. It's a very quiet, private place. Access to the beach is super easy and just a few meters from the cabin.
