We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice and very comfortable. It's close to the beach and restaurant area. The area is very quiet. Katie and Alex were very attentive to answering messages, and the lady who showed us the house was also very friendly. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay with Katie and Alex, and once again, we had an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, Doña Angelita was super friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. The place was very clean and well organized, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Also, the Airbnb's location is very good, and the neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for resting. Katie and Alex were always attentive throughout our stay and responded quickly to all our messages. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved Katie and Alex's place. We were exhausted from travelling, and having a nice quiet place to relax by the pool, and sleep in AC was so lovely. Everything was clean and we had what we needed to cook meals. We weren't familiar with the area, so we didn't realize that the unit wasn't right in town. It is about a 30 minute walk to the main area of town, but it was extremely hot for us (being from Canada) so we opted for taxis that were about 5 USD & 5 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing weekend as a family. The house is very comfortable, in a great location, close to beautiful beaches, and minutes from restaurants. The pool is perfect for moments away from the beach, and the grill in the courtyard is amazing.

The location is perfect for people looking for tranquility and privacy, the house was spotless and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The access roads are the best, since it is a few meters from the new coastal road that connects with the most important beaches and surrounding San Juan del Sur, and especially because of its proximity to the town and supermarkets. Katie was super friendly and responded to us quickly and in a timely manner. I really have no complaints at all about my stay at this Airbnb. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay there.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless when we arrived, and everything felt well cared for. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We even had a small issue come up on Christmas Day, and they handled it immediately with so much kindness and efficiency. Truly above and beyond. We’d absolutely stay here again!
