The place was even better than the photos. Loved that each building had its own dock. The palapa and pool was excellent as a family hang out! Zen was the best Airbnb host I've ever had and made things early.

Everything about this stay was incredible - the hosts were overly helpful and accommodating, the villas and property was stunning, and the amenities were beyond expectations. It’s spacious, modern, and luxurious.

Just returned from a visit with 4 couples and everything was perfect! Zen met us on arrival to show us around and help us get our bags in. She was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we may have. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bohemian. We had two families with a total of 10 people, including six children ages 7-15. Everyone had a great time. We absolutely loved having the bikes so we could bike around the island to beaches and restaurants (walking everywhere would get old fast. There are also options to rent golf carts on the island if you prefer that) Great location that is private but close to anywhere you will want to go on the island. Zen was very responsive and helpful. Side note - pack lots of bug spray. The island mosquitoes and sand flies were no joke!

Simply Remarkable. Breathtaking

The Bohemian is amazing. We rented the entire place with a couple other families. It’s a private and beautiful location. The staff, including Zen who manages the property, is wonderful. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere other than here when we return.

Our family of 11, which included two 1-year olds and one 4-year old, had an amazing stay at The Bohemian on Caye Caulker! Zen was wonderful! She picked us up from the ferry on arrival, as well as took us back to the ferry for departure. She communicated with us on a regular basis to make sure our needs were taken care of. Each family had their own villa. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, and every detail was well-maintained. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the bikes and kayaks, which made exploring the island so much fun. The private beach and pool offered a perfect escape for relaxation. Having a personal caretaker, Noe, on the premises was a fantastic touch – he was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene, well-equipped getaway on the island. I’d definitely stay here again!

Cannot recommend the Bohemian more highly! Everything was even better than expected. Zen and her team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. They even arranged pickup and drop offs for us. Definitely recommend asking for their help booking excursions and getting recommendations. The villas are right on the ocean, each with a private dock and perfectly situated for watching sunsets. Usually AirBnBs skimp on the mattresses, but the beds here were better than a 5 star hotel - super comfortable. The grounds and bikes are kept in pristine condition by the caretaker, Noay, who quickly became a friend. He helped us find the best breakfast burritos and pupusas on the island and fished out our keys from under the dock when our 3-year-old dropped them. Caye Caulker is overall a pretty casual, laid back island. The Bohemian allows you to enjoy that vibe while still feeling pampered. Just make sure to pack bug spray. The no-see-ums were vicious.

Zen and Niu were excellent hosts and made our trip to Belize amazing! They were quick to help and were able to assist in making any arrangements we needed. The property is amazing and is a wonderful place if you are traveling with a group. The grounds are well maintained and the property offers lots of amenities. Thank you for making our trip so great! I highly recommend staying at the Bohemian!

Let me start by saying I never write reviews. This place is absolutely amazing!!! I rented the Bohemian for my bachelorette party and we rented all 4 villas. From the moment we stepped off the ferry they made us feel like royalty! I can not write enough wonderful things about The Bohemian.

This is a true slice of heaven on a beautiful, relaxed Island. It was perfect for a family of 12, especially with the pool, bikes, and kayaks. Zen, Niu and Noe went above and beyond to help us with everything we could possibly need. One of the best experiences I have ever had with Airbnb.

What an amazing hideaway. The Bohemian is a true gem set apart from the hustle and bustle of the Caye. It’s one of those places that is somehow even better than the already impressive photos. The rooms are well-appointed, the pool area is spectacular, the bikes to ride around town are great, and the caretaker Noe is so friendly and helpful that he makes your stay just perfect. This was an ideal spot for our family of 12 to enjoy a relaxing vacation and we hope to return. Also highly recommend open air massages on each villa’s private dock (from Ix’chel Massage & Spa).

Our family of 9 had an amazing time on Caye Caulker. The Airbnb was beautiful with great amenities. We especially enjoyed the bikes and the pool area. Zen was super helpful with transportation from/ to the ferry. Once in a lifetime vacation!
