I can’t say enough about this place. The view and surroundings are absolutely breathtaking- the photos don’t do it justice! Just steps to a great pool, the beach, and good restaurants. While it was tempting to lounge here all day (and we did the first 2 days), We also drove to the Hilton one day to swim in the ocean there (1/2 mile), which is safe and fun for swimming. Lots to do in both Cabo’s… we did the art walk in San Jose del Cabo and the arches sunset cruise in Cabo San Lucas. This location is primo for visiting both cities and making the most of your trip! Paty was quick to respond and helpful with all of our needs, and can help you with any tours you want to schedule! It was the perfect vacation!Already scheming when I can go back!

Incredible spot with even more incredible views. Place was clean, quiet and true to pictures and descriptions. Hosts are very responsive and helpful with any requests, questions and communications.

What a fantastic place. The photos while accurate don't fully capture how nice it is. We are a family of four with two teenage boys and it was perfect for us. The unit had everything we needed, and the hotel amenities especially the pools and the cafe were great. The location is ideal, all the activities we chose to do were a short drive away. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. Five stars for sure.

My husband and I met my sister and family for 3 nights before checking into Hilton time share. The condo far exceeded our expectations. We had the best view for fireworks on new years too! The hotel pool, staff, drinks and food are an added bonus, with the beautiful white sandy beach just 10 steps from the unit. We were met by the lovely Patty who had a cart on hand to help us with our groceries. She gave us a run down of the condo and the facilities at the hotel that were available to us. The kitchen and unit overall had everything you needed and more. We would highly recommend for couples or families. Great memories made. Hope to be back some day.

Terrific location. The condo is in the same development as the Zoetry resort and the building is directly next to the hotel with all the relaxing pools and amenities. Beautiful view from the condo and comfortable stay. The grounds are lovely. We would recommend it to friends! Thank you!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Carla’s place the week before Christmas! The views and peacefulness from the terrace looking out at the ocean, palms and setting sun and moon were magnificent! The walk to the more friendly swimming beach (at Hilton) with thousands of reef fish was only 10 minutes or so along the beach. Most days I would take paddle board up in morning with umbrella, cooler and chair piled on and we enjoyed great snorkeling, swimming and stand up paddle board! Two days we had humpback whales pop up within 300 yards of us kayaking. Beautiful to see! And was lucky enough to swim over top of a spotted eagle ray when up near the Hilton beach. It was nice being able to come back to Carla‘s place to make some frozen daiquiris in afternoon and lounge at the pool with kids. Then enjoy the sunset from the condo terrace. The condo manager Paty was very attentive leading up to and during our stay. She met us when we arrived to make sure we got settled well and provided pointers

The place was perfect and in a beautiful location!! Right on the ocean, and walking distance to restaurants and numerous pools!! So responsive and helpful!!

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at this incredible condo, and it was everything I hoped for—just like the photos and description promised, and honestly even better in person. Everything about the space was perfect. We enjoyed stunning sunsets, spotted whales right from the balcony, and even caught some fireworks—it couldn’t have been more magical! Paty was the perfect hostess—warm, friendly, easy to communicate with, and full of helpful local recommendations. She truly made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to coming back for another round of much-needed R&R!

The apartment was perfect. Exactly as described and the beach, pool and grounds were beautiful. The sunset off the balcony was breathtaking. The place was relaxing and the apartment was so convenient to the pool and beach. We plan to book this place again. Paty the property manager was amazing! The communication was so clear and if we needed anything she was very responsive. Thanks for everything!

Casa Del Mar is a beautiful, well-maintained resort. Carla’s place within the resort is ideally located, offering stunning beach views and close proximity to one of the swimming pools. The staff at the pool, bar, restaurants, and administration were incredibly friendly and helpful. Carla’s apartment is also very well-kept, featuring a nice floor plan and all the necessary amenities. The location is convenient, approximately 30 minutes from the airports and between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Communication with Carla and Paty was efficient and easy. If I return to Cabo, this is definitely where I want to stay again.

I had no idea how much I would love Cabo. This condo made all the difference! It looks right on to the beach and was so perfectly set up for me, my husband, and one of our sons. I can’t say enough good things. Everything was as expected. Communication was so helpful. I loved that we were met when we got to the building. The pool was so close by and the restaurant in the main building was really good. We were able to walk down to the Hilton (a 10 minute walk) where the wedding we were attending took place. Thank you for helping to make this an A+ vacation. We hope to come back soon!!

The setting of Carla’s place was truly perfect. The view of the grounds, the beach and the water was just breathtaking. The condo was well equipped, organized, comfortable, accommodating and the perfect amount of space for a family of 4. No need for a/c either, windows and doors open and ceiling fans made it even better. It felt like home and way better than a hotel. Paty, the property manager, was in touch via text as soon as we landed in San José and was at the property to greet us when we arrived (with flowers for my birthday!). Later, we had a problem with the door keypad and she was there with maintenance to fix it quickly. The boutique hotel that was part of the property provided services (for a cost) at the pool and on the beach and it was a great added touch. The one disappointing thing that I didn’t realize when booking was that the water is not swimmable at the property, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for a great vacation. Definitely rent a car! Thanks, Carla! Wonderful stay!

We had a great time here! We loved the short distance to the beach and the pool. We even had the perfect view of fireworks at night. The unit had beach chairs and umbrellas that were very useful and we found pretty much everything we could need in the kitchen. Carla did a great job in adding in little local details around the rooms to make it feel authentic and beautiful. The showers both stunk pretty bad from the drains, but had covers to avoid the smell. Would definitely stay again!

One of the best homes. Comfortable, private place, with a beautiful view of the sea. A place that makes you feel the comfort of home with the best of a resting place. Unbeatable location and very safe location. Excellent attention from the administrator!!
