We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It is immaculate, luxurious, and tastefully decorated, with excellent amenities and everything you could possibly need. The house was spotlessly clean and surrounded by a lovely garden with palm trees, making it a perfect place to relax. The location is also excellent, providing a great base for exploring the area, whether one wants to visit the beaches, enjoy nature, or take day trips to nearby attractions. Communication with the host, Zinni, was smooth and pleasant before and throughout our stay. The only downside was that we were a bit unlucky with the surroundings. During the first two days, there was construction work on two neighboring properties, which created some daytime noise. On our last night, the neighbors had a loud party that lasted until about 5 a.m. These issues were clearly beyond the host's control, but they did affect our otherwise excellent experience.

Excellent property with everything described and more. Great attention to detail and proactive service from the property managers. I would stay again in the future.

Zinni’s house was just beautiful. A few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes drive into Puerto viejo. The house is wonderfully decorated, comfortable sofas, great shower and we loved the pool. I would highly recommend.

communication was excellent. was proactive with a problem with ac. while we didn't have it for the first night, communication was fantastic and unit was fixed by next morning.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked with any items you needed in addition to beach items, and games. We loved the pool and playing Jenga. Wow, what a beautiful spot! It felt like a private oasis tucked away in nature. The setup is fantastic, loved the indoor-outdoor flow and having a private pool to relax by. 10/10 recommendation!

Wonderful stay! Zinni made our lives super easy and was very flexible with check-in. The house was spotless, everything was clean, and it had everything you needed for that first night. There was drinking water and welcome touches that made it feel like a luxury hotel. The pool was clean and crystal clear, just as in the photos. It cleaned itself overnight and was always at the perfect temperature. The area is very quiet, safe, and has delicious restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were impeccable. We had almost no problems with mosquitoes. Beautiful at night, designer lighting. We took some amazing photos as souvenirs. We saw a howler monkey and hundreds of colorful hummingbirds in the trees in the area. The garden is well maintained and has flowers, and the beach is spectacular and can be reached on foot.
