We love the place, the house, the space, the light, the personal interiors, the kitchen equipment and especially the location of the house right in front of the pool, close to the water with the most beautiful view. Kate and the associated concierges are very communicative and service-oriented. We give this house and place our very best recommendation!

Loved this location. I have been to Cozumel a lot and have stayed all over. My usual spot was not available this time, and so I branched out and so glad I did! Easy access to the dock/pier for easy diving and fishing. Kate gave lots of recommendations to make the vacation absolutely wonderful. The staff at Costa del Sol helped make this a new favorite place of mine.

Spectacular home! Spectacular location! Spectacular amenities! Spectacular concierge services! I can’t say enough good things about this lovely home in a beautiful, quiet gated community. Pool was fantastic and home is just steps to the beach. A beautiful view of the water. Overall a lovely, spacious home with a well appointed kitchen and everything you need for a wonderful stay. Everything was outstanding!

We had an amazing time in Cozumel and staying in A6 Costa del Sol. Ideal location if diving as you can be picked up / dropped off at the pier! The pool area, beach and gardens were all kept very clean and tidy. We loved sitting outside, and swimming in the pool. It was peaceful and plenty of loungers to lie out on. The villa was very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you needed. You would need to rent a car or take taxis if you wanted to go to restaurants or shops. Nothing is "walkable" from the villa. We spent most of our time diving. Highly recommend organizing this with "Scuba Life" - the instructors were awesome! The boats had a max of 8 divers and at least 2 or 3 dive masters per dive. We were very impressed about their whole operation. They would ask where you wanted to dive and were great at pointing out marine life and describing what to expect. Villa is well located to visit the Mayan Ruins, Punta Sur Eco Park, Marina (boat trips etc), shopping–all worth a visit!

This was our second year staying at Costa Del Sol. Kate’s home far exceeded our expectations. Our stay was comfortable and amazing. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Enrique was incredible and checked on us to make sure all of our needs were met. We always felt safe. We always meet the most amazing people in the community and enjoy each other’s company in the pool. You can’t beat the view! Sunsets are beautiful to watch from the home with a perfect view of the ocean! We had all of the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and made making meals seamless. We will absolutely be back again!

We loved this Airbnb. The house was spacious and clean, with great views right on the beach. The pool and pier made a perfect combination for the kids to play with other kids while I did some diving, and the boat picked me up from the pier! Rodrigo was an amazing host too! He was super responsive and helpful to coordinate almost anything we could possibly need to organize. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house in a private community. Easy access to diving with its own dock and you can wait at the house until you see the dive boat. Would stay again.

The best experience I have had in an Airbnb, the house is beautiful with an excellent beachfront location, the photos do not do the place justice. We will definitely be back again many more times.

From start to finish, everything about Kate's place was top notch. You won't find a smoother experience. The condo is just about perfect - roomy, great AC, great layout, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, all newer appliances, lots of pool toys and grill. The location is wonderful, easy access to town, east side of the island, dive pickup at the onsite pier, nice snorkeling right off the beach, beautiful sunsets. While we were there it was mostly mature folks and families, no crazy partying. This will definitely be the place we stay on our next trip to Cozumel.

What a beautiful place to stay! The view can not be beat. We loved having the beach right outside our window. The home was bigger than expected. Those staff was very helpful and attentive. It was by far our best stay with any Airbnb! We can’t wait to come and stay again.

The house is much bigger and nice in person! It has a beautifil view! We enjoyed our time very much. Enrique was always checking on us to make sure we were all taken care of. He was always available when we asked a question; he even got us awesome recommendations regarding food and places to visit. It was overall a great experience and we will definitely plan to come back!
