Overall, it's a great residential complex with a beach and very large pools. The apartment is very nice and the host was always attentive. The only thing I didn't like was the excessive rules in the complex. I understand that some are to preserve the place and the value, but there are absurd rules, such as that to enter the gym you must bring a white hand towel, otherwise you are not allowed in, and to have a lounger on the beach you must consume drinks and food from the complex's bar. Apart from that, it's a good place if you're looking for tranquility and a good location.

Our stay at the accommodation was very pleasant. The facilities, both in the rooms and for recreation, were in very good condition and fulfilled their purpose. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our stay very much.

The apartment is great, and the terrace is very nice. It was a trip with the family and my 3-year-old son, and the rooms are very well laid out. The complex is very nice and the beach is just a short walk away. The host responds almost immediately, and that helps you plan in the best way. The only complaint I have is not 100% related to the apartment. We ate at one of the restaurants in the complex and the service was very bad, although that's not the host's fault. It's just a tip in case you want to eat there.

Excellent apartment for family time, heated pools and sun loungers with ocean views always available

I loved the place. It's great for having fun with family or friends. Everything was excellent.

The place is impeccable and very comfortable, with common spaces and spacious rooms. The service is hotel-like. There is a clubhouse, and each tower has its own lobby with a concierge and 24-hour security. Always very friendly with directions, and the means of transportation is by golf carts to the pool and beach areas. They are also always very friendly. The area is fabulous, right behind Plaza La Isla and in front of a square where there is an OXXO and a pizzeria, and a few minutes from a Chedraui. We would definitely stay there again. 10 out of 10

The view from the apartment is amazing and exactly as shown in the photos. In addition, they were very helpful and friendly at all times, always making sure we had a good stay. Highly recommended!
