Jess And Amber

We were very lucky to be able to spend five days with Amber and Jess. Unfortunately, it was only five days because the rest of the period was already fully booked. Otherwise, we definitely would have stayed longer. It was one of those places you don't want to leave again. We have been traveling for over ten years and can honestly say that Amber and Jess are among the best hosts we have ever met. They think of so many little things that we ourselves would never have thought of. Their warmth, attention and willingness to help are exceptional. The house is beautiful, sparkling clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The view is fantastic, and the garden is just beautiful. You can tell how much love and passion are put into this property. Thank you for everything! We felt incredibly comfortable It was definitely not our last stay with you. We will definitely be back!

Very nice stay! We were welcomed well upon our arrival. When we needed them or had questions, they were always there! Very nice place, as pictured, and a very nice view.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect, close to everything, with beautiful views. Due to a flight delay, we arrived very late at night and Amber couldn’t have been more flexible and gracious. We enthusiastically recommend this listing.

As a destination wedding travel agent, I’ve stayed in quite a few beautiful places, and this one really impressed me. The home is spotless, bright, spacious, and has amazing views with the nicest ocean breezes. Amber was honestly an incredible host so kind, thoughtful, and quick to respond. After a long travel delay at the border and no car on our first day, she had the A/C running in the bedrooms so we could walk into a cool, comfortable space. She also went into town to grab us some essentials, which we really appreciated. During our stay she brought us water when needed, lent us a blender, and even helped out with coffee during an unexpected trip to the hospital. It’s that kind of care that really makes a stay memorable. Just a small note the bedrooms don’t have curtains, so it’s a bit different at first, but got use to it and the A/C is only in the bedrooms so the kitchen can get warm. But still it was amazing! Would definitely recommend 10 ++stars!

Loved my time here! The view is incredible and the only sounds are of nature. The place has modern amenities and the washer and dryer are fantastic. My favorite beach was Marsella and I had a blast as Tree Casa resort with the access provided to visitors of Villa BotaNICA. I'm grateful I found this spot and highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in the hills of San Juan del Sur. The house is brand new, thoughtfully designed, and has absolutely stunning views of the ocean. One of the biggest highlights for us was that the home is fully solar-powered. We actually came here to be able to comfortably remote work during power outages in our town nearby, and it worked perfectly. The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ drive to Maderas, Marsella, and Remanso beaches, which made it easy to explore some of our favorite spots in the area. The property is pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dog so much easier, and the host was incredibly accommodating, even with our last-minute booking. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, reliable, and beautiful place to stay.
