We had a fantastic stay! The house is beautiful, comfortable and well-located. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped to cook and eat at home. The team was very friendly and quick to respond when we had questions; they also had great local suggestions. We highly recommend and would definitely return!

The villa is beautiful - the pool is actually bigger than it looks in the photos and out daughter LOVED it. The 3 bathrooms are spacious and the air con was great. The kitchen is also a great space to prepare food as a larger group. The area is quieter than Tamarindo which we liked and the area the villa is in is quiet BUT there are still loads of places to eat and drink nearby. The beach is stunning.

This is a great home in Playa Grande. There is a market down the road and several restaurants and shops all within walking distance. It is a 20 min walk to the beach. The host provided beach chairs and beach towels which was convenient and the pool is a great respite after a day at the beach. The host was very quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The kitchen was stocked, including coffee for the coffee maker. Be aware, there is construction going on near this home, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall it was home away from home for our family of 5 for the week.

Walkable to all resturants, yet the place feels private. Fantastic pool and yard. About a 10-15min walk to beach.

We really enjoyed our stay, and the host was able to help us with a few things. The only downside was that there were no pool chairs/hammocks to enjoy the outdoors during our stay. The beach is indeed more than a 15-minute walk away. The neighborhood is really great, and the house lived up to our expectations.

The home is beautiful and very private. It took 15 minutes to walk to the beach. We were just a bit disappointed that the kitchen was not stocked with coffee or basic seasonings. The water was off in the home when we arrived, luckily the host was very responsive in communication regarding this and the issue was fixed in a couple of hours.

Very walkable, to the beach and to restaurants and the mini super market as well. Everything you need is close by. Once we arrived, we hardly used our rental car after that. Spacious place, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Hosts were very responsive, cleaners were amazing. We saw the place before it was cleaned because the hosts allowed us to come early to drop off our bags, the cleaners did an exceptional job. House was definitely as nice as advertised.
