We loved staying in gorgeous Palmilla! We felt safe and loved being able to easily travel and explore the area! The access to the beach was so close! The Andrea and the staff were spectacular! We loved the house! Being with our whole family we all felt we had the ability to be together and yet have enough private space when we wanted it! We recommend this property and will be back soon! Thank you to all!

Beautiful house with lots of space in a quiet, pristine gated community. Everything was exactly as we expected it to be. Excellent place to relax with family and friends by the pool (or to walk to the beach or included pool club). The host was extremely responsive when we had questions. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Beautiful villa, with comfortable amenities. Five stars all around. Andrea was a very accommodating host and we had a wonderful time with her recommendations.

First time with this host but we have stayed in this development many times in the past. It’s gorgeous, safe, luxurious and relaxing. This was a family trip but home also great for 4 couples/friends. Home as described, great service, beautiful surroundings. Easy beach access by foot or in golf cart. San Jose just a short uber away. Small market and some eateries also accessible by golf cart. Access to Palmilla Dunes club was new for us and wonderful!! Nice to have it as another option of activity and for food/drinks. Would stay again !!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it as an amazing choice for Palmilla. Everyone has a great space and private bathroom. Pool is perfect and lots of morning sun. Had everything we needed along with a fun golf cart and amenities. Andrea was so helpful and responsive- super property manager. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! Porch/pool/hot tub was our favorite part. We spent many hours swimming, lounging, and grilling out there. The inside is also spectacular with each room having its own large bathroom. Kitchen and common areas were also perfect for our big group. Andrea our host was also wonderful. 100% would stay here again!

Wonderful house! Super clean, well equipped, and comfortable…so comfortable that some of the guests in our group only left the place for dinner. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Enjoyed our first non-all inclusive stay in Mexico as a family of 4 (two teens). Andrea, our host, helped arrange transportation, professional photo shoot, dinner at The Office and Flora Farms (a must do). Also had Pablo come for a private chef experience and Andrea had balloons and cake prepared as a surprise for my wife’s birthday. Pablo’s surf and turf is now at the top of my 17 year olds favorite meals. The house was gorgeous and we spent hours each day in the Infiniti pool. We were able to experience the beach for photo shoot but the road was flooded out the previous day from drainage from storms. No fault of the house - just a Mother Nature issue. This stay was very relaxing and just what we were looking for.

Super beautiful home , the check in was super easy. All the bedrooms are impressive so no one feels like they got a easer room , the poll / hottub was easy to use. We kinda got the hang of the Sonos system, but I would recommend bringing your own Bluetooth player if you want into play your own playlist. The house comes with a super fun and great for photos Rolls Royce esq golf cart ! Only downside was not being able to call gate we lost a few uber eats orders as they will only wait a few minutes maybe they will set something up with the guardhouse in the future to be picked up there etc and the whole community had a water outage for 7 hrs one day not host fault, so I did go to the club you have access to to shower it’s beautiful lots of kids but a lively pool bar ns decent food ! All in all it was an absolutely wonderful trip and home !

Fantastic stay for a guys' surf trip. Andrea was proactive on helping with arrival coordination and departure. Flexible on check out which was amazing. The daily maid service was incredible. The place looked just like or slightly better than the pics. Definitely recommend this place for a nice getaway in Cabo.

It exceeded our expectations! The house is spectacular and Alejandra's service as a host was unbeatable, she was always available for us. Highly recommended to spend a few days!
