I take all your points into account and saw that perhaps there was something we could improve on, but since you weren't specific, I don't know what to focus on directly (as owners outside the country, this is priceless for us since it's a great help to know where to improve). So happy when I see 5 stars! You don't know what that means to us, to see you understand the 5 star system, it's to say to Airbnb, we met "as described" description, not personal expectations of what we don't have or could improve etc. Though we encourage you to "say" anything you want, it's your 5 stars, that help us maintain Airbnb's strict 4.7 average score requirement, to not be dropped and still be here available as "budget" accommodations to other Airbnb members. As you found out most budget accommodations in this remote area, don't offer AC or Hot water so you make it possible with your 5 stars for us to still be here with Airbnb.
