Chateau

Everyone was very friendly and eager from the beginning. We felt well cared for. Thank you! The view from the room with the floor-to-ceiling windows was fantastic, also from the balcony and the terrace where you could eat. The bathroom in the room was very small (unlike on the pictures), and the pool was a little "fresh"which did not bother us. The hot tub was great for relaxing. The food, breakfast like dinner were typical of the country and very good. It was also nice that there was a fridge and coffee (with machine) in the room. We stayed here for 3 nights and would book here again if we were to come back to the area around La Fortuna. Thank you so much for everything! Keep it up! Best regards to Keilor, you are great. a very beautiful place, full of peace, we also had a very nice view of the volcano and Lake Arenal. it is very close to the national park, thermal springs and rivers. Breakfast was very well. the rooms are simple, very clean, I find the value for money excellent excellent service too

This place is nested in a quiet local neighborhood. Has a village feel to it. We loved the vibes. The restaurant on site is closed, but they do give breakfast vouchers to a nice restaurant within walking distance. Couple of decent restaurants close by.

Amazing views of Arenal lake and volcano off your balcony. Saw so many bird species we hadn’t seen on our 2 wk vac. Situated up a hill above a small local community which was enjoyable to watch their culture. The restaurant needs a better chef. Food was just ok. Minimal flavour. We only ate there the one morning as we didn’t want the food. Room was spotless. Everyone was so kind. They did our laundry for a small fee. Zip lining just up the road which was amazing. The restaurant further up the hill was super special. Food was amazing. We had the burritos first night and then their hamburger the second night. So delicious. La Ventanita. Loved the room and the view!!! Spent 3 nights.

This place is a gem. Everything was so clean and pristine. The restaurant had great food and an amazing view. I saw some beautiful birds. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. This place was the best hotel I stayed in Costa Rica and I’m so happy I decided to stay here among the other options. The location was very convenient as well. I was very close to many touristic areas and hot springs. The hotel is easy to find - just put the hotel name on your maps app. At night you will hear the river and wild animals singing and that’s pretty normal in Costa Rica. Just use a white noise from YouTube and you’ll be fine.

Very clean place, the view of the volcano wasn’t very good but only because of the cloudy and it was mostly raining during our stay. The staff was very friendly and the service was good.

Place was excellent, 30 minutes roughly to anything you want to see in the area. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the view was amazing from our room. And we had lunch at the restaurant which great too! Would stay again!
