The host was very flexible and accommodating. The overall stay was great. The location is not walkable, but it’s only a 8-10 minute uber ride to downtown Cabo. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony and rooftop had great views. The A/C made a huge difference, as the summer time is very hot. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood and/or a spacious place.

Wonderful Airbnb with a lovely community rooftop pool and view. Although not private, we were the only ones at the pool for the majority of spending our time up there. Great place to watch the sunset. The Airbnb itself has a great view from the main floor also. Lovely accommodations and overall great value.

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Daniel is a great host, he answered all of our questions and checked in on us during our stay. Daniel mad us feel welcomed and at home. The condo itself is amazing with great views and located in a private safe location. Daniels place has everything you need even for an extended stay which makes the whole experience even better. My family and I look forward to returning in the future!

The residence is amazing, photos do it no justice! Very beautiful. Secluded yet public location; a 10-15min uber ride to all of our excursions! Food places nearby and a huge supermarket! There’s construction in the area, no noise heard from the residence. However the blocked roads made it difficult for Ubers to exactly locate the residence. Most uber drivers were able to find Latitude 22+, with ease, a restaurant 2-3min walking distance from the residence, so I highly recommend using that as a drop off/pick up point! Daniel the host was very accessible, friendly, and helpful ensuring we had a smooth check in and even checked in to see how our stay was going! Very very beautiful residence and will most definitely recommend/book again for future travel!

This place was clean, private and a beautiful condo! The host was accommodating and kind! The views were breathtaking and the condo was close to everything ! I recommend living here …10/10!!!

One of the best Airbnb we stayed in. The view was so much better in person. Daniel was a great host, very responsive, and even greeted us when we checked in. We'll definitely return! Highly recommended!

Very nice and nearby to everything. The house was very well maintained and host was very communicative with any questions that arose throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend it to anybody seeking a more private, very nearby to the main things in Cabo San Lucas!

Great stay. Eduardo very helpful, even allowed us a late check-out due to our late flight. Convenient to Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Good to have a car.

We had a great stay here and would absolutely recommend it. The place was very clean, well kept, and exactly as described. The location was really convenient for getting around Cabo, and the views were amazing, especially in the mornings and evenings. It felt like a comfortable home base for our trip, and everything we needed was easily accessible. We really appreciated the stay and would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is gorgeous and well laid out. It is a very relaxing place to stay, and with a beautiful view. We spent most all of our time sitting on the terrace. The upstairs terrace layout is very unique…a private ( and large) place to hang out but with immediate access to the pool. Whoever designed this condo building did a great job!

Had an incredible 9 night stay at the condo. It is just as beautiful as the pictures. I would recommend a car rental if you are staying for a longer period, it helps with access and there are so many great places nearby to visit. Had the pool and hot tub to ourselves most days, and loved our patio and having the large sliding glass doors. Space was clean and comfortable, and we felt safe. 24 hr Grocery is located close by which helped and we enjoyed quite a few meals at “home”. Great to also have 2 beach chairs, lots of swim towels, a cooler and a sun shade/tent to use. Daniel the host was helpful and was easy to contact when we needed something. I would return to this unit in the future, loved our stay.

A totally positive experience there’s nothing bad to say about the place. The only not negative but factual comment is that you need to have drive capabilities via Uber or rental car to engage with the rest of the community?
