Mike's place was wonderful and the location of the building is right in the heart of everything. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here.

Waking up and watching the ocean and hearing the birds from the balcony was the most perfect way to wake up on vacation. It was truly a beautiful home and well kept. We absolutely loved the two second walk to the beach especially when we were rushing to watch the sunset! Mike was very responsive and his guidance, when it was needed, was clear and concise. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely come back! Just a quick note the ocean has strong currents where we were, so if you’re not a strong swimmer be aware and always have a buddy! Also there will be vendors trying to sell you stuff on the beach, so if that’s not your vibe, maybe keep that in mind before coming:) But we didn’t mind, most of them are very sweet and just trying to make a living! Can’t wait to come back to Costa Rica!!

Mike's place was spacious and was stocked with everything you could want for both indoors and outdoors. There were many places to unpack and store things so you don't have to live in a suitcase. The washer and dryer are an added bonus. The outdoor space has pretty views of the water and sunsets. The walk to the beach is short. We enjoyed staying here immensely.

Fantastic stay! Highly recommend. Spacious and comfortable, full kitchen. Responsive host. Stunning views - the balcony is great to watch sunset and sunrise from. The pool is really nice and the beach is an easy walk across the street. Easy walk to supermarket, restaurants, surf shops and fun 💕

My wife, son and I spent the week at Mike's condo in Tamarindo. Beautiful sunsets and views from the balcony patio. Comfortable beds, soft pillows, dark shades in the bedrooms and yet plenty of lighting in the main areas. Very clean w/ plenty of towels, full kitchen w/ everything you could possibly need, bathroom/shower supplies, washer/dryer and cozy furniture. Short walk to everything Tamarindo -- restaurants, bars, shops, beach, ocean, tours. Two small grocery stores nearby open late (10p). Parking was easy, safe and secure. The condo complex does have a warm pool w/ waterfalls; however, we didn't really spend anytime at the pool. Beach chairs & body boards. As far as Tamarindo, what a great vibe! Mike recommended some local spots & we visited a few of them. I would like to point out Lola's in Playa Avellanas. What a gem of a beach bar restaurant on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We ended up spending two afternoons until after sunset -- pura vida!

Our first visit to this area and the location was perfect! Super close to the beach and all restaurants and shops. The host Mike was super responsive and helpful and Theo condo was just as pictured and described. We felt safe, comfortable at all times and enjoyed the location in town. We definitely would love to come back!

Great location across street from beach but very quiet

We had a family holiday. It was our first visit to Costa Rica. The apartment has a beautiful view of the ocean and you can even hear the sound of the waves from the terrace! The place was clean, the host was very quick to respond. The place is very well located with tons of restaurants accessible in less than a 10-minute walk and the beach accessible in less than a 5-minute walk. It was perfect! We're going back! 🥳🍹👙☀️

The condo was great! The location was spectacular, just down the stairs, out the condo complex and across the road to the beach. (Within 5 minute walk.) Could hear the waves from the balcony. The area feels very safe. Short convenient walk to many coffee spots, restaurants, shopping etc. Quiet location with a well maintained pool. Plenty of beach accessories- towels, boogie boards etc. Kitchen well stocked with plates, dishes, and cups. Honestly no recommendations for improvements.

Great location, beautiful view! Loved the sunsets and the sound of the ocean waves. Mike was an amazing & very responsive host. Highly recommend!!!
