The apartment is very nice, and it is described Perfect. In a fairly central area. The building has very nice amenities and in general the whole style is taken from a magazine. Keep in mind that privacy is taken very strictly, so they will not let you in even if you have your key after a certain time of night, until you confirm your reservation at the front desk. They do not allow visitors, etc. I always recommend reading the regulations very carefully so as not to have any problems, everything else was incredible.

Everything was perfect!

Great view! Safe and comfortable apartment with private parking and security. The furnishings are sometimes a bit outdated and need an update here and there. Overall, however, the decor is very nice. The provider was always easily accessible. An issue with a non-functioning toilet at the end of our stay was not addressed, but since the problem has been resolved without further action on our part, it has also not been further dramatic.

We enjoyed our stay at the place. The building is really cool and we enjoyed exploring it. Location wise, it’s a short driving distance to some nice restaurants.

Our host, Mario, was exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. He shared great recommendations for local spots and ensured our check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. We truly felt at home during our stay. The neighbors were also incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

A gem in San José! 🌟 This place exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area. The view is simply spectacular, especially at sunset. The accommodation is very comfortable, with a modern and cozy style that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Every corner is well thought out, the rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is impeccable. Definitely a place you'll want to come back to. Totally recommended!

This a Great location with gated security and walkable to different restaurants and mini markets. About 30 minutes from the airport.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in San José, Costa Rica. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the modern, elegant design. The lobby was stylish, and the reception lounge welcoming. The service was outstanding, and we were greeted warmly. We were 4 guests, and the apartment was extremely clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The 29th-floor view overlooking San José was stunning. The beds were comfortable, and our host was very responsive, answering all our questions promptly. The building’s amenities were fantastic: a beautiful pool, a game area, and a three-story gym—perfect for fitness lovers. The only small downside was that San José was cooler than expected, but this didn’t take away from our incredible experience. A huge thank you to our amazing host! We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting San José.

We booked here because we were attending a concert in the national stadium. (Paul McCartney) We selected this building /unit knowing this zone can be very extremely congested with traffic during events, staying here allowed us to walk to and from the venue without any problems while are car was securely parked inside their parking garage. The unit was exactly as shown in photos. We didn’t use any building amenities but they looked great. ( we were busy with friends having dinner & enjoying the concert) They have a no shoe policy , which I appreciate because I’m the same - it’s pretty disgusting to wear outdoors shoes , tracking germs and dirt inside a home where you could be in bare feet ! So if you need to wear shoes everywhere maybe this isn’t for you. (They offered indoor slippers / sandals to use) The unit was spotless clean and had everything we needed. More than we needed! I would definitely stay here again when attending an event in the area. Thank you!

It is a cozy apartment, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, it is very well located, close to everything and easy to enter, the hosts were very attentive to respond quickly! Apart from that in the building where it is located there are several spaces with different themes to have some very nice photos. 100% recommended this place

The apartment is like in the photos and very complete, the view or talk, they have a lot of security to enter, that's why it takes a touch the first time and so José is very attentive to any questions.

Place is cool, would use it again. Wifi though is not suitable for two people to be actively using at the same time. We made do with it and it wouldn’t be a disappointment just something to be mindful of. Has A/C in each room which is smart.

Jose’s apartment was a wonderful place to end our stay in Costa Rica. The building has a ton of unique and interesting floors that offer common area space for you to relax, grab coffee, or meet other folks. The view from the top floor is stunning and offers a 360 degree view of San José. Sabana is pretty close to central downtown and you’re a quick cab ride away from everything that isn’t necessarily walkable. The apartment itself was well maintained and a great place to stay. We would recommend to those who are looking for a convenient place to stay in the capital!

The location was extremely centric, with restaurants and mini markets in walking distance. The Sabana Park was just a block away and perfect for those individuals that like to do some light jogging while on vacation. The apartment had an amazing view and the 2 bedrooms had ac units. Overall the experience was very positive.
