the host was so accommodating, the chef was amazing, the house is unspeakably beautiful and even better than the photos! 10/10 would stay here again

Villa Toh was everything we hoped for and more. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like. Marce was an excellent host; she was super proactive, responsive, and made us feel right at home. Getting in and out of Playacar is a bit difficult due to the high amounts of security, but Marce made the whole process streamlined and our families had a fantastic time. Make sure you communicate throughly in advance if you wish to have outside vendors so access can be facilitated. I hope we can come visit again sometime. I’d highly recommend this place to large families/group of friends.

We had an incredible weekend here! The photos truly don’t capture how beautiful the house is. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Marce—she was fantastic. She made everything so easy by sharing all the information we needed, along with great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend 💯!

Beautiful house, great for a large group. We came for a family trip and it was very comfortable for 10 people with everyone able to come together but also have space for themselves. Close to downtown Playa so it's easy to go out to dinner. You have to go through 2 security checkpoints to get to the house which felt a bit cumbersome , but it's very secure which we appreciated and the neighborhood is beautiful to walk through. The one downside for us was that it was a challenge to get to the beach. The house comes with several beach club passes, but the club is ~2 miles away and you need to get there right when it opens to be able to get in (830 -9 AM). Not a deal breaker for us, but something to consider if you hope to spend a lot of time at the beach.

An excellent place to take a few days of vacation. The house is beautiful, everything was very clean, tidy. Marcela (the host) is very friendly, super attentive, always available for any need that arises. The place is very nice, safe and quiet. I highly recommend it.

What an absolute pleasure to stay at this beautiful Airbnb! Marce was such a great host and really made us feel welcome. She was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The house is beautiful and well-appointed, in a very secure neighborhood, which is very walkable/bikeable. Plenty of room for 10 adults (4 couples and 2 singles) with their own bedrooms/bathrooms and daily housekeeping service. They were very unobtrusive, and we barely knew they were there. The pass to the Reef beach club was a definite bonus. Marce was fabulous. She was a wealth of knowledge and was readily available for any questions/concerns. She found a couple of fabulous ladies that came to the house to paint our faces for the Dia De Los Muertos celebration, which was a lot of fun So many different birds to watch, along w/Coati's and Agouti's that visited us daily in the property behind the back yard, which was a treat as we are big wildlife lovers. Our only complaint is that we didn't see any monkeys. Lol. Overall, a fabulous stay!

The trip was wonderful. Marce was responsive and extremely helpful and so were the staff. The games room was spectacular. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an incredible stay at this villa! The property is beautiful, spacious, spotless, and perfect for groups. The bedrooms were comfortable, the pool area was amazing, and everything was exactly as described. Marce was truly outstanding—always so responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make magic happen for us throughout our trip. She made everything smooth and stress-free. We also hired Chef César for buffet-style brunch, which was a highlight of our stay. Every morning we enjoyed fresh-cut fruit, chilaquiles, tacos, guacamole, fajitas, and more. He even tailored the menu to our requests and dietary needs. It felt like having a private luxury retreat, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend both the villa and the team behind it—we would absolutely love to return!

We had a wonderful relaxing time. The villa has nearly all possibilities to enjoy. Perfect house for vacation. We enjoyed a lot!

Marce was a great host who went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Marce helped coordinate transportation, chefs, massages, and more for our group. I messaged Marce a few times throughout my stay and she always responded quickly and was available to assist with what was needed. The house itself has so many amenities, you can have a staycation there if you truly wanted to. I would def recommend this house!
