Our host was very responsive and helpful, and the rooms were good, clean, and well maintained. The services the host mentioned were delivered as promised. However, for anyone planning to spend time at the beach, access is quite difficult. The property only provides 8 beach passes for a group of 14 people, and the beach access must be through a public beach, which makes it inconvenient for large groups. Another downside was the laundry service, which costs $50 each time you want to wash clothes, something we found excessive. The pool was also very limited: it receives almost no sun, so it’s cold, and it’s not a place where you can tan or relax comfortably. Overall, while the host and cleanliness were positives, the beach access, laundry cost, and pool conditions were disappointing and important to consider before booking.

An excellent place to take a few days of vacation. The house is beautiful, everything was very clean, tidy. Marcela (the host) is very friendly, super attentive, always available for any need that arises. The place is very nice, safe and quiet. I highly recommend it.
