Val's Airbnb is much nicer in person than in the photos. Super comfortable, cozy and with a great beach vibe. In addition, the location is excellent. You cross the street and you're already on the beach. We stayed for a couple of nights and everything was impeccable. When we arrived, everything was very easy, and I really want to highlight the cleanliness and tidiness. Val, for her part, was a super good host. She always responded super fast and was super warm. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Val and her Airbnb. Highly recommended

Beautiful place, very nice and quiet, easy access and security. The surroundings and gardens are very beautiful and clean. Very close to the beach. We will come back again.

Very nice apartment with partial view of the ocean. A very very short walk to the beach. Private security. If anything to improve is the community pool maintenance as it smelled funny.

Very nice surroundings. The apartment offers plenty of space, is nicely furnished, has everything you need, and the large balcony is also great! You felt very comfortable right away and can really enjoy it!

Stayed here with 3 of my friends for my 25th birthday. Location was everything ! Close enough to local coffee, restaurants, grocery and more. In a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Walkable distance to the beach! Easy access if you rent a car from SJO & parking on site. My friends and I appreciated the security guard at the front of the neighborhood at night. House was clean with little issues. Val was incredibly friendly and responsive to any issues that did come up ! Definitely worth the $$ !

Val gave us accurate information! The place was spotless, everything was clean, the bathroom products were excellent, the kitchen had everything you need, we will definitely be back, and the common areas were very clean and safe. We really enjoyed the pool! An excellent place to rest!!

We stayed on the second and third floors of the bungalow from Thursday to Holy Saturday. Although there was a problem with the water during our stay, I must emphasize that Val's service, responsibility, and professionalism ensured that the situation was handled in the best possible way and did not cause any inconvenience. The bungalow is beautiful, very spacious, and has a great advantage: just across the street, you can be on the beach enjoying the sunset, which is truly special. A big plus is that pets are allowed on the second floor, which we really appreciate, as there is plenty of green space for our furry friends to enjoy as well. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and it's definitely a place we would consider going back to.

We enjoyed our stay in Playa Hermosa very much. The host is very responsive and communicated well. We especially loved watching the sunsets from the beach and seeing the scarlet macaws fly overhead. The only caveat with this property is the Grackle birds are squawking outside by 5:30am, so make sure you bring earplugs!

This is a gem of a spot! A quick walk to the beach across the road and a lovely, well equipped apartment. Playa Hermosa is a beautiful, long, walkable beach with lovely warm water. Having it right there let us access it easily, and also see the water and hear the sound of the surf from the apartment! The apartment is clean, well-equipped and had the best balcony for hanging out and relaxing. The pool in the complex was also great to have access to. Inside, the place was nicely furnished and comfortable. Val was a responsive and fantastic host and worked hard to ensure we had all we needed.

Jaw droppingly beautiful and quiet beach mere steps away - a top 5 beach of my life for sure. Kids loved the pool too. The space was just what we needed for a few days at the beach. The birds and dogs are quite loud in the early am, so I do recommend white noise machines if you want to sleep past 5.

Dear Sirs Imagine traveling 14 hours with a wife and 3 year old. To only find your Airbnb had been doubled booked. We showed up at our rental and found 8 people occupy our rental at 8 pm. This was total incompetence on the property management. This was after a number of emails Texts about the property and how do you get in. To make matters worse it was late the three year old was crying and tired. It’s a holiday week and there was zero places for us to stay. Our choice to drive back three hours to main city are sleeping in the car. After my family sleeping in my car for a number of hours, I was able to find a hotel room almost doubled what I was paying

The bungalows are the best place to stay when you want to surf Playa Hermosa. Playa Hermosa is a wide open beach where you can have plenty of space to yourself. This bungalow is one of the nicer ones in the community. The bungalow community is safe and the pool is great. It was a very easy drive to visit Manuel Antonio for the day. We also enjoyed dinner in Hermosa and in Jaco. I highly recommend this listing.
