Beautiful house, very modern and well equipped. The view is amazing, and it's close to Remanso Beach, which is recommended for beginner surf lessons. I highly recommend this house :)

One of the best views I’ve had in my 28 years of life. Made me feel as if staying for 7 days wasn’t enough, I will definitely book for a longer stay next time. It’s just one of those dreamy places you never want to leave. Hosts were very helpful and responsive from the moment I booked to the moment of checkout. Getting there was super easy especially with the new roads that have been constructed, Waze was the go to navigation map to get there because Google Maps wasn’t pin pointing it right. Everything was spotless, beds were a bit firm but pillows were super comfortable. It’s definitely worth every penny can’t thank the hosts enough for the wonderful hospitality and experience.

I’m honestly at a loss for words. This Airbnb made my 33rd birthday one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. The property is absolutely stunning, but my favorite part was waking up to the ocean every single morning. The ocean is my favorite place in the world, and having an oceanfront room meant everything to me. I didn’t even care about having the master bedroom because my view was priceless. The home itself is incredible. The technology throughout the house was modern and thoughtful, and having amenities like the washer and dryer made our stay even more comfortable. Every detail felt intentional and luxurious. The staff went above and beyond. They helped cook, clean, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. We completely fell in love with this place. The view was amazing , but let’s just say from the start they were very helpful I was able to locate a driver and restaurant recommendations. Being that it was my first time in Nicaragua honestly they made my experience super smooth and they were very responsive and super accommodating. I RECOMMEND 10/10

Great beautiful location. I would recommend!! ❤️❤️ We loved our stayed. We also had a local restaurant come cook for us and they were amazing. 10-15 minute drive to beaches and local food. BOOK THE HOUSE! We had the most wonderful time. The house is incredible, the view is out of this world. Everything you need to rest, relax and just soak in the Nicaragua sun! Ely and Tamar are the best, responded very quickly. Helped us arrange transportation and gave us the best spots to visit. They checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Incredible hosts that made our stay easy. This was our 1st time and they answered all our questions and helped us arrange all the things. We ate in most of the time-the kitchen and BBQ are wonderful. Everything we needed to settle in and truly create a relaxing time. Everything in this house was top notch-the decor, the atmosphere, Tv, appliances-air conditioning...incredible! We would come back to Nicaragua just to come to this house again!

This home is incredible — a rare blend of comfort, technology, and true seclusion. Even though the property is equipped with modern amenities, it still feels wonderfully remote. A 4x4 vehicle is necessary to reach it, but the journey only adds to the sense of escape. Once you arrive, it’s easy to forget the rest of the world exists. The daytime views stretch endlessly, the sunsets are stunning, and the night sky — lit up with countless stars — feels almost unreal. The sound of the ocean waves crashing against the shore at night creates such a soothing sound that it is perfect for bedtime. I highly recommend this stay to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. It’s the perfect place to disconnect from life’s noise, appreciate the beauty of our planet, and remember how blessed we are to experience it.
