The house is spectacular, very spacious and tidy. A unique location. I will definitely rent it again.

This is our second time staying at Marisa's place. Excellent property, which has various living areas, terraces, a pool, and exclusive, prime beach access within the property, which you can reach on foot or by car. Grandparents, children, and grandchildren—we had a fantastic time. From the property's viewpoint, you can see the majestic sunrise every morning, as well as the moonrise, which is fantastic. Marisa is an excellent host, always accurate and prompt with the information you ask for. We recommend this property 100%. Our family is already planning when our next visit to Marisa's fantastic house will be.

The house is just as shown in the photos, the exteriors are BEAUTIFUL. Marisa and Mr. Katin are very friendly, Mr. Katin was always attentive to us and ready to lend a hand with whatever was needed. We hope to go back!

This place is amazing. The views from the outside are great. The place is very spacious, and had a lot to offer if you wanted to relax in the sun. The grounds keeper was very helpful with any accommodations. I would recommend renting a car if you come here because it is difficult to leave but this place is very beautiful. The balconies in the rooms have a great view. Pictures are very accurate and would stay here again if in Rio Hato!

The decor was amazing and nothing like I’ve seen in a beach home before! Unique and esthetically pleasing for my taste. Lots of room for all of us. Very grateful for the experience. 🙏

Loved our stay and would definitely go back again. Great host and fantastic caretaker. The view from the back patio is incredible and the semi private beach is idealic. Small warning that the hotel next door does crazy loud outdoor events but they shut it down at 22:00. We didn’t mind that much since everything else is perfect.

Our second visit, Marisa maintained excellent communication, Catin was always available and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Excellent property. The house and its interior layout is spacious and very welcoming. It features an abundance of artwork that decorates its interior. Its terrace, gazebo, pool area and viewpoint are breathtaking. Its private access to the beach allows you to access by walking or by car, counting on hammocks to place them in the palm trees by the sea. The environment is totally safe. Communication with the Host was immediate. We delight in the evenings and sunrises, in the front row, watching the moon and sunrise. This is thanks to the privileged location of the property by the sea. If you have not yet visited this property, we 100% recommend that you do so, and we assure you that from the moment you arrive, you are already planning when it will be your next visit. To describe the property in two words I would say that it is PARADISE. We thank Marisa for the special attention she had with our family. We look forward to returning soon.

Second year of vacation at Marisa's house. A paradise of a place, beautiful and quiet! Mr. Katin (caregiver) is a fantastic person, always willing to help with everything, and he even played soccer with my children. I hope he never leaves!!! Thanks again Marisa for an unforgettable vacation and for responding to all our concerns. We hope to be able to repeat it again in 2026.

The property is spectacular, the same or even better than what you see in the photos. The house has everything and the spaces are spacious and well furnished. The terraces with their respective hammocks, patio, pool and jacuzzi are enough to make you not want to leave the property at any time, however the fact that you also have direct access to the beach makes the property perfect. We are already planning our next visit to this spectacular beach house. Additionally, I must mention that Marisa was an excellent host, who was always attentive to everything and quickly answered any questions we had. The presence of the caretaker (Mr. Katin) was also important as it gave us a lot of peace of mind, and he was attentive to all our needs.
