The accommodation itself was wonderful, but the check-in process was delayed due to the slow pace of the security guard. Because the booking was for 1 less person (within the limit), the security guard became upset. Additionally, despite repeated requests for a 1pm checkout, there was no response until the day of departure, leading to a frustrating situation. While we eventually resolved these issues, considering the amount we paid, we expected a smoother process.
