Lorenzo’s place was great, the views from the terrace were breathtaking! Monkeys came to visit on the last day- an unforgettable experience! Walking distance to the beach. Lorenzo was very responsive and Hector super friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady didn’t do the best job but everything else was fabulous! Highly recommend Lorenzo’s place!

Lorenzo’s place has amazing views and peaceful surroundings. We spent almost two weeks here and it felt like a home away from home. We were sad to leave! Thanks Lorenzo!

The house is very spacious and well located. The only thing I didn't like was the quality and age of the kitchen utensils.

Inspector Guadalupe has been only 2 night and i feel she was more in inspection than vacation . She doesn t say anything positive about my place .. I think the people should read all the other comment i ve received

I loved this place and the view! Laurents place was well equipped, cozy, and very clean! I loved his house maintainer, Hector. Hector was very helpful with any questions I had. The location of this place was also very convenient.

Excellent location with views of wildlife and ocean, very walkable to local restaurants and longer walk to beach down a long steep hill, but doable - better to Uber or drive to beach. The unit is older and shows age, also the entire building is large but segmented into multiple units and due to very thin windows and walls the noise is very disruptive to sleep from cars, animals, and other guests. This is not a private residence. Not very clean, but passable. Do not recommend using the linens as they are very dirty. No paper towels or bath soap provided. Flys, bugs, mosquitoes in unit, but were able to get rid most of them. A/C only in bedrooms, so living room and kitchen are hot. You have to work with the attendant to get checked in/keys - not self check in. Overall amazing views of ocean and wildlife (monkeys, birds, etc) great location in town. Good value.

The view is great, you’ll see lots of nature and location is ideal but apart from that, the flat was less than ideal. It looks like the flat has been furnished with the cheapest furniture they could ever find, wine glasses are in plastic and complete mismatch, the living room is made of garden furniture and looks like a cheap hotel lobby, they even had some very old « souvenirs » to sell in the living room which is the oddest thing I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb. They don’t provide any soap, shower gel or welcome basket. I’ve never left a bad review on Airbnb but it really feels like they rely on the view and think people will pay any price for that. They are dozens of hotels/airbnb with the same view but more modern interiors, more comfort and self check in. It the most expensive airbnb and by far the one we preferred the least. It would have been nice maybe if we were in 1985 but they are far better option now…

Laurent’s place was perfect for our short trip to Costa Rica. Great location, awesome views and multiple interactions from the deck with monkeys. Close to everything and very comfortable.

Beautiful view! We had a whole flat for our own. Super big house with big terrace. Everyday we saw some animals. Super close to many attractions and restaurants. I can recommend this place!

Incredible location with marvelous views! My family had a wonderful time here, and our kids were especially happy with the balcony, the pool, and the troop of Squirrel Monkeys that walked across our balcony one morning (and stopped to play for 15 minutes). Can't recommend this home enough!!

This is a great place! The views were unmatched from the balcony and we spent most of our time there looking at the sunrise and sunsets and lots of wildlife. The house was clean with amazing location. The host is very responsive and even arranged some beach toys for my toddlers last minute which my kids absolutely loved. Definitely recommend.

Great place, great host. Super responsive. View was outstanding, we had everything we needed. Right next door to excellent pizza and a really good restaurant where we went a few times - they cooked the fish we caught for us. All in all would absolutely stay here again. A+
