We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. We’d like to kindly clarify a couple of points for future guests: The ceiling fans were inspected both before and after your stay and are all in proper working condition. We also hosted guests immediately after your visit who did not report any issues. Additionally, the main living and kitchen areas are designed as open-air spaces and do not include air conditioning, as clearly shown in the listing. The sliding doors throughout the space are intended to allow for natural airflow. Regarding the arrival experience, we did experience unusual weather conditions that day, which impacted the final stage of the cleaning despite it being completed earlier in the morning. As soon as this was brought to our attention, our housekeeping team returned immediately to ensure everything was in perfect condition for your stay. We always strive to deliver excellent value in line with the local market, and we’re committed to maintaining and improving every aspect of the home.
