Excellent experience. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The location was very convenient and allowed us to enjoy the area without any hassle.

Group of 17 stayed at the property and loved it. An extremely well kept property and a short ride to main strip/beach. The hosts were so attentive they helped us book most of our activities and made the trip extra special for us. Couldn’t recommend more of a stay in jaco.

Too much to say. We rented all 10 studios for our group of 14. How lovely that guests each had their own private bathroom and kitchen. Everyone could get ready at the same time! kaloka Studios is located 5 minutes from restaurants, night life and the beach. Don't bother renting a car, a $4 Uber gets you to all the local spots. The housekeeper, Miriam came every morning to sweep and tidy up outdoor spaces. One day there was a water outage but the maintenance team got us up and running within a few hours. One downside was the construction next door, they began drilling early in the morning. We matched their noise with our loud music, the neighbors did not appreciate that, but now we were even 😅. Lastly, one of our guests slipped and cut his head needing medical attention. The host quickly responded with numerous resources for after hours urgent care. We'd definitely come back!!

We booked this place for a 5-day bachelor party with 10 people and it delivered everything we wanted and more. The house itself is massive—plenty of bedrooms (everyone had their own space), multiple bathrooms, and a private pool. AC worked great (key in that tropical heat), and the location was spot-on: 5 min uber drive to the beach, the main strip with bars, clubs like Orange Pub, Club Ibiza and, Jaco Bar. If you’re planning a bachelor party in Costa Rica, Jaco is the spot for that mix of adventure, beach, and non-stop fun, and this Airbnb made it seamless. Zero regrets, epic memories. Would 100% book again. Thanks to the host for making our trip legendary!
