We had a great time. Ximena gave us a very warm welcome as soon as we arrived, which immediately set the tone. Alvaro is also very friendly and always available to help whenever needed. The house is beautiful, as is the pool, and the views are simply superb – a real slice of heaven. We particularly enjoyed the atmosphere and the beauty of the place. Ximena also organized a memorable evening for us with Éli, the head chef, who introduced us to delicious Costa Rican cuisine—an authentic experience that we highly recommend. Montezuma is a lovely place, with very friendly locals, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. One small point for improvement: for a large group, a dishwasher and air conditioning would have been appreciated. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

We had wonderful days! The house is a dream, as is the view from the beautiful pool. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer! Hearing the howler monkeys in the morning and evening was breathtaking! Ximena welcomed us warmly and showed us the house and gave tips for the area and always responded quickly to questions. Amazing dream location Thank you for everything

We stayed 3 nights in the house for vacation, a family of 11 people. The place is beautiful, if you are looking for harmony with nature and the sea this is definitely the place. The pool is one of the nicest common areas, and the open space of the house allows you to share with everyone, but at the same time your own privacy. We always had direct communication and service with great kindness. It is noted that they are making efforts in sustainability and that should be the mandatory line of all Airbnb, in this particular I have recommendations that I gave to the administrators to continue promoting the good path with which they started. So if you're looking for a nice vacation, you can't miss out on this nice property.

I don’t have enough words to describe just how spectacular Kiti’s house is. There’s of course the beautiful view, gorgeous house design and the amazing pool. It goes beyond that. The vibe that exists there consumes you into such a relaxing state. It was often difficult to leave the house. We most enjoyed the incredible sunrises. Also, since it’s up in the backlands of Montezuma, in Delicias, we were just 15-20 minutes from Santa Teresa. It’s pretty amazing to catch the sun rise and sun set off the water in the same day. Ximena, our host was equally amazing. We didn’t need to contact her much at all as the house is so well organized and equipped. It’s the most equipped house we’ve rented there so far. We’ve rented many in the past. But when we did reach out to her for a question or two, she was very quick to respond. Overall, we had an absolute incredible experience there. We love that house so much. Thank you Kiti for sharing your house and creating many spectacular memories.

We had a fantastic stay! Ximena was an amazing host, always quick to answer our questions. She also let us know that a neighbor helps with the property, and he was equally wonderful and helpful when we needed assistance. The location is beautiful, though a 4x4 is recommended. Our group included five kids who loved spending hours in the pool (the adults did too!). We enjoyed walking to the nearby Butterfly Brewery and garden for snacks—highly recommended—and exploring the Sun Trails entrance to waterfalls 2 and 3. On our last night, we had an unforgettable dinner at Bejuko Sushi just down the road—10/10 for both food and atmosphere, dining in the heart of the jungle. The open-air design of the house was lovely. Although there's no A/C, we never felt we needed it. The howler monkeys made for a unique alarm clock in the mornings, which we embraced as part of the experience. The neighbour dogs liked to come visit, but they are not bothersome at all and friendly.

This was our favorite place we have ever stayed! We communicated with Ximena, the manager. She was quite kind and helpful. Our kids loved the pool. The view is breathtaking! Alvaro was there to meet us when we arrived and toured us the property. The beds were quite comfortable. It was fantastic to wake up and watch the sunrise each morning, listening to the birds and monkeys. This place is heaven. Was very helpful to have a washing machine.

This house was amazing! The spot is so beautiful and peaceful, and with the open-air concept of the house, it felt a bit like being in a luxurious treehouse. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous pool and all of the places to lounge. We woke up to the sunrise and sound of monkeys every morning and also saw monkeys from the deck (as well as hummingbirds, butterflies, and lizards). When the wind died, it did get hot at night, but in general we were ok with the fans. There were surprisingly few mosquitos (perhaps because it was the very end of the dry season), but the beds had nice nets which should help if it's buggier. In addition to the beauty of the house and property, I can't say enough good things about the property manager Ximena, who met us at the house. She was so responsive both before our stay and during, letting us know about a ferry closure and even helping to arrange our dinner the first night we arrived. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about how beautiful and peaceful this place is!! Ximena made everything easy from beginning to end, gave great recommendations, and was super responsive to every question. Spotted a capuchin monkey on the road for our arrival, iguanas, butterflies galore, and 25 new bird sightings! Heard howler monkeys, cicadas and geckos but never saw them. We needed more days to simply stay at the house and absorb the much needed peace and pura vida ❤️☀️
