Absolutely incredible stay! This property is one of a kind and so thoughtfully laid out. Perfect for our group of 7. Any amenity we could think of was provided. The decor and artistry that went into this home is like nothing we’ve ever seen. We were so grateful for Sebastian’s helpfulness and responsiveness. We were in communication with him from the beginning about the home, local recommendations and general questions. Sebastian is wonderful! This home is a must stay in the Playa Hermosa area. Beautiful walk to the beach and a quick cab ride to Coco Beach. The pool was so nice to have on the days we wanted to stay in the complex. One of the best airbnb experiences we have ever had. Highly recommend!

An absolutely beautiful place, the decor and details were stunning! Comfy and clean. Sebastian’s communication was excellent and his check in instructions clear and proactive. He was accommodating with an early check in and allowing us to store luggage. The outdoor spaces are gorgeous both upstairs and down. It was a little noisy some nights but we did stay over a busier Easter weekend so that’s probably inevitable in a condo complex. Be aware that the trek to the beach was a bit far and hot for a family with little kids but a very quick drive. You are close to so many beautiful beaches, great restaurants and attractions if you are up fr a short drive. Just a few minutes to Playa Coco as well.

Great place to stay for our family of two adults and two kids (4yo and 7yo). It would definitely accommodate two families, but since it was just us we were able to enjoy the outdoor balcony kitchen for breakfast and then AC indoor kitchen in the evening. The bedrooms are all very comfy and have individual AC units. It was also stocked with pool noodles, pool/beach towels and a boogie board for Playa Hermosa. With the young kids we drove to the beach, about a 3 min drive with paid parking lot of free street parking. We loved all the restaurants in Sebastian’s guidebook! Wonderful host and place to enjoy a peaceful time in CR!

One-month family stay, 6 adults and 3 small children. Both floors of the accommodation were good for organizing the days of children, parents and grandparents. The pool and the paddling pool were used every day. What a pleasure with the little ones in the shade in the morning. The Luperon supermarket helped us out almost every day. Without the children, walking to the sea was easy, but with the grandchildren, we took the car. The host, Sebastien, and the property manager, Kendall, were responsive to all our requests. We used the central charcoal bbq several times. The premises were very well maintained by the staff and the housekeeper, Aola, did a meticulous job. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would go back, but maybe for a shorter period. Good memories for the whole family.

Sebastian’s villa was beautiful and fun in decor. The bedrooms were sizable, and the outdoor kitchen and decks beautiful. We appreciated having the pool at our doorstep. Though Sebastian was not there, he was a great communicator, and the property manager was on site and very helpful with all sorts of questions and arrangements. For older people or those with young children, be aware that the walk to the beach is a solid 15 minutes and much of it is on the side of a road with little shoulder. Many people walked along the road, but keep that in mind. Overall the stay was great, and the villa lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Blonies! The house is lovely and comfortable. It is a hike to the beach down the main road. With kids and elderly parents, we would drive down by the restaurants and park. Our kids loved having dinner at Aquasport nearby. We also used the pool daily and were always the only ones around. This is a great spot!

Enjoyed a FANTASTIC stay at Casa Blonies! This was our first trip to Costa Rica and it did not disappoint. Located in a small gated community, the place was great for privacy and quiet. The house was exactly like the photos and had lots of charming features. Decor was full of bright colors and everything was in perfect working condition. AC in every room, wifi worked fine, plenty of room for everyone in our family to spread out or come together. Walking distance to small grocery stores in both directions and very good restaurants nearby. Loved the pizza place next to the grocery store and Ginger’s tapas style restaurant! The pool is in the center of the complex and we used it often. Walked to the nearby beach about 15-20 min but there is parking if you choose to drive (small parking fee) Sebastian was a great host and came by to say hello on the last day but was in direct contact with us throughout our stay. He gave us plenty of thing a to do and highly recommended excursions.

We had a great stay in Playa Hermosa. We enjoyed the pool access and the amazing house, fully equipped and very well designed. Sebastian provided detailed instructions and great recommendations. Highly recommended!

Our family loved our time spent at Casa Blonies. The house is wonderfully decorated with several places to have time to gather together or have a peaceful moment by yourself. We loved having morning coffee in the outdoor kitchen and spent evenings out on the back porch. There were plenty of towels both for the home and the beach. We also loved that there were beach chairs to enjoy. The location is perfect for enjoying playa hermosa, but also a great central spot for enjoying other beaches in the area. Sebastian was very responsive and had great recommendations. We had a lovely yellow kitty that we enjoyed meeting on the back deck that was super sweet and fun to come back to at the end of the day (we are animal lovers)! We stopped in Liberia for supplies on our way in but the tienda that is walking distance would have provided for most of our needs. We would certainly stay here again if we make a return trip to playa hermosa!
