This is the second time I have gone and stayed in the same place but in another room, Tomás' service is always incredible, attentive, he responds quickly and I have always had an answer to any need.

Our experience was not good. Tomas communicates with us before arriving intermittently, as I offer excursions but I do not confirm them. We arrived at night and on a rainy day, the host was not in the place, at first we spoke but did not give us clear instructions for check-in, then he could not answer us anymore because he was working elsewhere. There is no lighting on the street or on the entrance, the hallway was dark, we had no indication of what our room was. On the property there is only room for 2 cars to park and it is 4 units as we arrived we had to park on the street. The entrance is a very steep ramp, no pedestrian entrance and no possibility of turning around if arriving downstairs the two places are already occupied, which happened to us. The apartment is as seen in the photos but it lacks maintenance and the things in the kitchen were dirty. In the living room you have a smart tv, which was not included in the description.

The place is very nice, the rooms are clean , very close to nature ... it costs us a little to communicate to the entrance since not to the internet signal, but otherwise very well

Really beautiful and clean place. The view is amazing! Saw monkeys ztc right from our deck. Parking is steep down and might be tricky if there are more cars, but it was always empty now so was very duable. The way to playa hermosa is short and almost the whole road is paved, which is nice. Would higly recommend the place!

Tomas have an amazing hospitality skills. We had a great experience in santa teresa. Tomas is very friendly, flexible and approachable… I personally love this place, the jungle surrounding it gives a sensation on calmness, definitely the yoga deck is beautiful and the pool is so refresher 🦋🌱 I would love to be back!

We loved the place, the spectacular view, beautiful details on Airbnb. It has a slightly steep entrance, but that's it all super!! The host is super good people and attentive to our needs.

Tomas bailed my dog and I out very last minute! Just moments before sunset, he was so quick to reply and accommodate us when our other plans fell through. This place was so tranquil and relaxing. It’s a magical spot with an incredible ambience. Even more admirable are the efforts that Tomas puts into the land, and recycling water to feed lots of young plants and fruit trees. The jungle here is so alive versus the more developed parts of Teresa/Hermosa. There are so many sounds and critters to keep you entertained forever. Definitely recommend a car or moto. It’s only a 2-minute drive into Hermosa. Without transport, you’re climbing a gnarly hill but will also have incredible legs of steel. I love how modern, yet how simple everything was. And you don’t really see any other buildings so the privacy is great. Not to mention the epic yoga deck! Our visit was too short. Can’t wait to visit again!

We are traveling on a cycling adventure with the idea of touring and four days from San Jose to Santa Cruz bordering the coast . Our first day was Tres Rios ( Cartago) to Puntarenas por el Aguacate to take Ferry Paquera. Second Day was Paquera a Playa Hermosa Paquera, staying in Tomas and Patricio's stay. From the moment we arrived, Patricio was super friendly, the place was very nice with a very nice architectural design and nice, super comfortable finishes, the beds and the view of the phenomenal forest. In the final process, the pool detail that will be added to the place is in the final process, we hope to return and we 100% recommend the place . We continue our ride from Playa Hermosa to Samara where we are staying today. It's up to us from Samara to Marbella Thanks Patricio and Tomas.
