Nice place, easy to get to. Living room tv responded slowly to remote, had an issue with projector where it asked to âpress allow on tabletâ so we enjoyed movies in the game room using the PS5. Kitchen had a really bad smell coming from the sink/below sink and it made the kitchen hard to use. Fridge was off when we arrived and also had a bit of a smell. Sponge was not new and a roll of paper towels with 10 sheets left was offered. Water wasnât offered but we brought our own luckily. Bathroom garbage bin was being used as a bucket for droplets leaking from below sink. Beds were ok, not bad or amazing. Shower pressure was decent. This was a one night stay. Host was very flexible with check in & out.

Unfortunately, they did not report the problems at the time and did not send me photos or messages so that I could help them resolve them. They only asked me for help to be able to enter the house and to leave later the next day, and I helped them with both requests, but after that, they didn't ask for anything else. I have no problem supporting my guests. The toilet paper rolls were left new and they left them the same when they left. Apparently, they didn't see them. Thanks for the plumbing issue. We'll resolve it as soon as possible.

The place was exactly as describedâcomfortable, and well-maintained. The only thing i did not like was that The refrigerator was disconnected therefore had a bad smell host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. The location was safe and very close to the airport . . I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

The house is cleaned after the departure of each guest. If there is a long time between each booking, we do not leave appliances plugged in. After your departure, we did not find a bad odor inside the refrigerator or behind it. Thank you for your recommendation.

Excellent house. Ricardo responds quickly. The only thing I could say as feedback is that regarding cleanliness, more attention needs to be paid to dust and the corners of the doors, which have a lot of dirt, and not just from a few days, but from weeks, I would say. Other than that, everything was excellent.

very nice community easy access to airport. One thing was the coffee pot was dirty the refrigerator was unplugged. We had to put our cold food into a hot refrigerator theater room had no sound pool leaked but was swimmable lights in the main bedroom did not work. Bathroom light was tricky. No hot water.

Cleaning is always done after guests check out, and appliances are always left unplugged due to electricity consumption and for safety. But all the kitchen appliances are 100% functional. You didn't report any dirt issues to us at the time. Next time, please take a photo to bring it to the attention of the cleaning staff. The projector in the living room has already been replaced. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but you also did not report the problem until I found out by chance that you had left the house due to an emergency. In the master bedroom, one of the two spark plugs was not working and has already been replaced, and the bathroom switch was also replaced. The pool is made of concrete and does not empty easily, and this does not affect its operation. It can be refilled with water from the laundry hose. Apparently, the filter lid was damaged by another tenant, and a replacement is being sought. At the moment, we do not offer hot water. It is not listed on the house's listing. Due to the hot climate in Managua and space, we will consider adding it later.

We had a great stay! The house worked well for our large family and had plenty of space for everyone. Itâs located in a safe, gated community thatâs close to the airport. Having a working air conditioner in every bedroom and the living room was a huge plus and made our stay comfortable. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

An excellent stay! The house is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The air conditioners work perfectly in the key areas, and the movie room is definitely a great plus that makes the experience even more special. Definitely a highly recommended place.

Our family enjoyed our stay. It had lots to do for kids with pool and home theatre. It was nice and cool with ac in every room. Highly recommend. Ricardo was very pleasant and friendly to speak with

The place is great, but unfortunately there are bedbugs; I had to sleep on the kitchen table. I had photos and videos to prove it, but the host didnât seem to care. Also, there were cigarettes on the floor and trash. The place itself is fine, but bed bugs and trash ruined our experience.
