Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The property looked exactly like the pictures, a beautifully maintained and spacious home that exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect setup for a large group, offering plenty of room to gather together while still having separate rooms for privacy and comfort. The host truly made the experience even better. She was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond by providing great recommendations for shopping, dining, and local activities, which made exploring the area easy. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, close enough to quickly access everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The outdoor space was just as impressive as the inside, with plenty to do, including the pool, beach access, comfortable seating areas, and even kayaks. Overall, this was a perfect stay that I would highly recommend to anyone. My only complaint is that we didn’t get to stay longer in paradise!

Villa 99 has a great set up for mixed groups, 2 units to provide space and privacy but connected in the outside space. The villa was perfect for our needs and was well kitted out in the kitchen etc. So if you want to cook at home as a group that’s all possible. The pool isn’t big but is as it is on the pictures and suited us perfectly, it’s in a very pretty setting. We had a car which I think is essential (or rent a golf cart) as central Placencia is about 25 mins away by car. There are taxis but it’s about $40 each way. Maya Beach has some restaurants too and this is closer by.

Great private location with enough amenities to relax. The beach and ocean views were 10/10! My family of 7 shared Villa 99 with another couple and we did not feel crowded at all. There were plenty of chairs and hammocks to lounge in. The kayaks and a corn hole game were entertaining. The customer service was outstanding and we enjoyed the delivery of a few groceries before we arrived so we could relax on the beach when we awoke in the morning! Great place!

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa 99. We rented two of the two bedroom units and both were immaculate. Beds were comfy, AC good and cold, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Outside is stunning and having kayaks for use was such a nice touch. The beachfront location was so quiet and peacful. Hosts were all incredibly kind, friendly and responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this property.

Villa Ninety Nine is gorgeous. The house looks exactly like the pictures, the rooms were spacious and the view is breathtaking. I promise you that you will not want to leave. Everything was clean and the host was very responsive. The pool and the beachfront makes this property even better. I will definitely be returning!

We stayed here with a group of 10 and it was absolutely perfect. The place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and made a great base for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with a group!

This property is a true gem. Located in a heavenly setting, its spaciousness is truly impressive. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a pleasant stay, providing comfort and satisfaction to each of their guests. The proximity to the beach, which is simply beautiful, adds a special touch to this magnificent experience.
A lovely property. Very private, great views. Well appointed, and great location to do inland adventures and easy to get to Hopkins or Placencia. We watched manatees right out in front of the house. Highly recommend the Bistro at Maya Beach.
