The infrastructure of the house was very deteriorated was not as shown in pictures. The house was smelly. No Wifi services. There were water leaks in the roof. The paint on the walls was moldy and dirty. Holes in the ceilings of the kitchen, living room and dining room. The exterior paint of the house was dirty and moldy and the metal structure of the house had a lot of rust. The house maintenance is abandoned and needs urgent maintenance.

Excellent, easy access, everything tidy.
