Great location. Beach and pool just a few steps away

Eric’s condo was perfect for what we wanted and needed. Beachfront with views for days! Comfortable with full kitchen, AC, and fans to keep you cool from the heat and a shared pool right out front to chill or swim in. Quieter area of Colorados which we loved. You’ll need a golf cart or car to get around Iguanas property though if you want to get to the restaurants comfortably otherwise it is a bit of a walk.

The condo was perfect for us. The pool right in front of the patio was great for my son. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need if you want to cook, but you have several restaurants near by.
