The place is beautiful. It has a mountain on one side and ocean views on the other. Julián was super helpful in answering every concern and personally welcomed us with great kindness. The accommodation is super close to downtown, which allows easy access to restaurants and recreational attractions. Everything was very clean and tidy. I definitely recommend the place.

Excellent stay! Super comfortable, clean, and cozy place. We rented it for 4 days and decided to extend it for another 2. Communication with the hosts is very easy and fast; they helped us with everything we needed and gave us great recommendations. One of their dogs barks at the car when you arrive, hahaha, but it's adorable and loves attention. None of the dogs interfered with our stay; in fact, we felt safer.

Julian was very kind and attentive during communication. I appreciate his effort and wish him continued success with his Airbnb.

We stayed at Julian’s house for a few days and really loved it here. The house is very cozy, and there is a large surrounding area and parking with a beautiful view. The location is very convenient - just a few minutes away from the beaches, restaurants, and bars. There is air conditioning in the house, which was a lifesaver in the heat. It’s very comfortable and has everything you need. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. Celeste gave us a warm welcome - we are grateful for her recommendations and her responsiveness. We definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back again!

Beautiful Airb&b with a stunning view over the ocean.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was just like in the photos, bed was comfy, shower was really good. We specially loved the sunsets from the property, and birdwatching from the balcony! Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Nice, clean, and cozy place to stay for a stopover in Uvita. Julián and his daughter were very welcoming and responsive via message when we had any questions. A very nice view from the property, beautiful sunsets, and a lush green setting. Sometimes there’s noise from the road below, but it’s still reasonable, and it makes the place easy to get to.

I had the privilege to stay here during my travels to Uvita! From the very beginning Juilian was extremely helpful and kind.. This location was a perfect little quiet getaway near the beach.. Very safe location and gated!! I would recommend transportation for anyone staying here but my guest and I found adventure in finding our way without wheels.. There is plenty of taxi and Uber options around this area and being the town of Uvita was just a few minutes by car! Juilian was very accommodating and one of the best host I have had!

We spent three nights at Julian's house, and everything was perfect! The room was cozy and clean, with a terrace offering a heavenly view!!!! The location is ideal for a peaceful stay, yet only a few kilometers from Uvita and the beaches. Julian gave us a warm welcome and lots of great advice. Highly recommended!!!!!! Very clean accommodation, good location close to downtown Uvita. The home has been tastefully decorated. Exceptional setting in nature with a magnificent view of the ocean from the parking lot. Responsive host, good communication.

Julien was a great host, very accommodating, extremely nice and gave us great contacts for activities. The apartment is quietly located on the mountain, surrounded by nature. Only occasionally can you hear the street. As described, there are dogs on the premises, but they do not disturb, except barking from time to time, otherwise they are really very sociable. The apartment is spacious and very high quality, we felt really comfortable. We could see howler monkeys, macaws and toucans from the balcony. Great view from the mountain to the sea and sunset. We were completely satisfied with the stay and would come back anytime.

An excellent stay. Julian was always very attentive and kind, he even lent us binoculars so we could observe whales from the viewpoint. We didn't even need to go anywhere, we just had an amazing time watching the beach, the birds and relaxing cool and comfortably in the studio. I recommend not missing the opportunity to stay in this beautiful place, with such a friendly host, with incredible proximity to Uvita and the beach.
