Eduardo and Lorena are warm and friendly hosts. I stayed for 4 nights and it was like a home away from home. The house is spotless and in my opinion better than it appears in the photos. The room was spacious, had everything I needed and a comfortable bed. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Chetumal.

Very bad experience. Before arriving they confirmed that they were waiting for me, so I went to the address. However, upon arrival no one responded to my calls or messages. I tried to communicate several times thinking that maybe there was a problem with the cell phone or some unforeseen situation. Later I noticed that my number had been blocked, without receiving any explanation or prior notice. I fully understand that a host can decide to cancel or not to host someone, it is their property and they are entitled to do so. But the least you could do is let me know before the guest moves to the place. I have been using Airbnb for over 4 years and have several positive reviews in other places, so this situation was quite unexpected. Unfortunately, this situation made it a very unpleasant experience.

They really are super hosts, I felt like family. Your home is very cozy, clean and tidy. They are a great couple, I would definitely stay here again when I come to Chetumal

Eduardo and Lorena's home is lovely and it was exactly what I needed. A private restroom, with wifi, and A/C. They are also kind and helpful hosts, I thoroughly recommend their home! I sadly got sick during my one-week stay but this was a result of eating out in Chetumal (be careful of street food!), and while this place is not walkable to the Malecon or Downtown area, taxis are fairly affordable in Chetumal and only a 10 minute drive. If i'm ever back in town, I will try to stay here again. Muchas gracias por todo Eduardo y Lorena! :)
