My stay was excellent and I would definitely come back without thinking twice. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, fast, and very friendly, which made the entire check-in process easy and hassle-free. The place is just as shown in the pictures, and even better. Everything was very clean, well cared for, and with a cozy decor that makes you feel at home. The bed was comfortable, there was good water pressure in the shower, and all spaces were well equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay, whether it was short or long. The location is also a strong point: safe, quiet, and easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation, which was perfect for me to move without difficulty. It is definitely noticeable that the host takes care of the details and cares about providing a good experience. I felt very comfortable the whole time, and it's a place I would go back to without hesitation on my next visit. Thank you!

Beautiful property and suite. Feels like you are pampered and living in luxury. Long walks on the beach when tide is out. Spa was very good and very good value. Games room (third tower)was well equipped (get key via concierge middle tower). Bocce balls can be found at concierge at first tower. Sery (property manager) was super attentive. Thank you Sery. Spacious, well-furnished condo. Magnificent view !! Very well equipped functional kitchen and BBQ. Exceptional site very well maintained. Several swimming pools. Directly on the beach. Quiet and safe place. Beach towels, games and books are at your disposal. Easy arrival. You quickly feel at home there. Restaurant on site. We rented a car for the duration of our 6-week stay, which made it easier to access shops, markets and restaurants and allowed us to visit the surrounding area and Panama City a few times. We had a very nice stay, I recommend the place without hesitation.

What a view!!! This place will NOT disappoint Dierdre and Richard were wonderful to communicate with. There were a couple of issues in the beginning with the unit due to it being the beginning of the season, but we communicated and everything was outstanding ❤️ We were looking for homes in the area but as soon as we walked into Rio Mar, we realized we were home. We did end up purchasing a condo during our stay 🏡

This is truly a spectacular, luxurious, and spacious condo which was part of our very comfortable and truly memorable vacation to Panama. Deirdre and Richard were perfect and very responsive hosts leading up to and during our stay. The condo was comfortable and cooled with central air from the moment we walked through the door. Every appliance, lights, air, plumbing, etc worked perfectly. Every amenity you might have in your own home is available. The furnishings were comfy, smart, and perfect for the condo. Great towels and bedding. Great kitchen with plenty of utensils and appliances. A washer dryer is included. Internet worked GREAT! Great balcony on a higher floor from where you can enjoy an expansive view of the beach, river, and ocean. It’s a short 5 minute stroll to a very clean and almost private-like beach. It was like home and during our stay it felt like we lived there all year around. We are seasoned travelers and this was our very first experience booking through AirBnb and thanks to Deirdre and Richard everything was easy and perfect. We highly recommend and would book again on AirBnb with Deirdre and Richard for this condo. Just bring your swimsuit and flip flops...that’s all you will need.

A great apartment in a beautiful location - the apartment was very well appointed and relaxing with a wonderful view across the Pacific. Deidre and Richard were really helpful and accommodated us at very short notice. It was perfect for our family - will be back...

My family and I had a wonderful time at Richard & Deirdre´s place!! the view is incredible and they had everything needed it at the apartment. From books to relax and read at the balcony , to games for the beach, and everything you need at the kitchen. The attention in the Condo is great. The beach is walking distance and there is a lot of security. I went with two babies and the apartment was completely safe for them. One of the things i loved from my visit was that despite it was a holiday(Carnivals in Panama) , the condo was not full, we had pools only for us. In sum, The apartment is beautiful!!
