A super comfortable and quiet place to stay. It is very centrally located, with the supermarket, pharmacy, gas station and other services just 5 minutes away. There are many restaurants nearby in the area, and the beaches of Manuel Antonio are 15 minutes away. Fabian was very friendly and helpful. He responded very quickly to all inquiries and even recommended beaches to visit. I highly recommend him.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Panda House. Very nice home on a cute street, close to everything, great AC, and very nice host. We would absolutely stay here again 100%.

Everything is as described. The only point is that the water doesn't come out very hot, but you can still bathe.

Fabián's house is very cozy, it is located in the center of Quepos, 200 meters from supermarkets, it is a quiet neighborhood and it feels safe, the amenities it offers are to feel at home but on the beach. Fabián was very receptive when making inquiries and meeting our requirements, the whole house has A/C and for me that is a big plus. Only a few things that need maintenance, such as fixing the outside gate and the dishes and glasses are very high for small people like me, but overall very good, I loved the price and quality ratio, I would definitely come back.

The location was wonderful — only about 15 minutes to the beach, which made everything so convenient. The neighborhood felt very safe, peaceful, and welcoming. The host was super friendly and extremely attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. There are also great restaurants and many shops nearby, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Quepos. The location is perfect, in the middle of the town, accessible by foot from the bus station & close to supermarkets & tour agencies. The place is as described in the pictures. The only thing is that the place needs renovations. One of the A/C was leaking water on the bed so we had to move the bed a little bit so it wasn't wet. Some of the furnitures & walls are old and not in a very good shape. With a little bit of maintenance and renovation it would have been 5 stars for sure !

Fabian's place is just as lovely as it looks in pictures. It's a short 15 drive to one of most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, and is close to everything in the center of Quepos. Fabian was very responsive, and check was a breeze. I'd definitely stay at Panda House again.

The house is very comfortable, with all the amenities available, a super quiet place, close to everything, restaurants, Manuel Antonio Park, and the beach. Fabian's attention and availability to meet our needs was simply amazing, where to go, where to eat, etc. A super friendly and helpful person.

Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. Just 15 minutes from Parque Manuel Antonio so the location is strategic. the only thing to comment although it is something external is that the neighbors had some very noisy motorcycles that they used until late at night. Other than that, everything was impeccable.
