Great stay, and Eric and Gab are very quick and helpful with anything you ask. Super nice place on a beach with a great sunset

The host was great and very welcoming, shared starfruit and plantains from their backyard and made us feel right at home.

The manager, Gabriel, was very friendly and helpful. He was always available to make the stay the best possible. I recommend it and hope to return soon.

When you talk about disconnecting, you want everything to be more bearable and the place where you will rest from the noise of the routine to be excellent. Mr. Erick's private tower is excellent, definitely 100% recommended.

Host is very responsive and great. Location is also excellent. Close to Moyogalpa. Everything accessible by rentable scooter. Host brought us to the Airbnb and back to dock. Host provides a lot of great services. Free drinkable water is provided.

Our stay at Eric’s super cool three-level tower with rooftop seating in Ometepe was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The space, with its detached kitchen, comfortably fit our group of seven and had a relaxed, unique vibe. Located in Puesto del Sol, a welcoming family-run community, we enjoyed the most incredible sunsets on the island. Having a beach bar right next door was such a bonus—great drinks and snacks just steps away. What truly made our stay exceptional was Eric. He went above and beyond—bringing fresh limes, drinking water, extra cutlery, and sharing helpful local tips. He connected us with motorcycle rentals, arranged ferry transport, and even helped us find a birthday cake for my daughter’s 27th. The cleaning service twice during our 8-day stay was a thoughtful touch. We felt so well taken care of and highly recommend staying here. From our family to yours, we send unlimited gratitude and feel blessed to have had the chance to meet you and your family.

Absolutely loved staying at Eric’s place. He and his wife were very helpful and friendly and my parents adored him. His place is gorgeous and the perfect calming place to enjoy the view and scenery. I really could not have picked a better place. The community center and the amenities were wonderful! We loved our stay and got to experience a lot of local opportunities like horseback riding and amazing food! Would love to come back here for sure. Thank you Eric!!!

Eric is great host. Very relaxing. After Eric picked us up from the ferry, we arrived in a little paradise. The tower has simple but fine rooms, each with its own bathroom. And a new kitchenette has been installed: Super nice! The views from the rooftop of the volcano on one side and the lake on the other were beautiful! And the sunset from the community center on the lake is amazing 😀. You can also buy a drink here.

Eric was simply amazing! He was kind enough to pick us up and escort us back to the boat, and was very attentive to us throughout the stay. I have rarely enjoyed such caring, available and pleasant service on a trip. Eric was really great from start to finish. A huge thank you to you, we will most likely see each other again!
