Pablo

Very busy street with shops, bars and food very close by. I hesitated to choose this place because of what they mentioned about the noise, but it didn't really bother us, nothing unbearable (we spent the weekend and the bar in front had live music, but it was enough to close the bathroom to be able to rest without any problem). Pablo was very helpful at all times 10/10

Pablo's loft is beautiful, it has everything you need on a daily basis, the location is close to many restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops, despite being a main street, the noise of vehicles and bars were not a problem, the fan helped to dissipate that noise very well, Pablo was always friendly and willing to help. Very satisfied with my stay and I hope to be able to stay at this beautiful place again.

Very nice place, safe and good location.

The place corresponded to the description, it is very close to the University of Costa Rica and in a central location in the city, in a few meters you have access to numerous restaurants, markets and bakeries, the kitchen is complete and you can make your own food if you wish, extremely clean environment. Pablo was very proactive and answered all questions clearly and politely, the noise abatement system worked and I was not bothered by any noise, although the place is in a busy area.

I stayed here a little over a week and the place is amazing exactly as described. It is in a safe neighborhood with so many restaurants and a huge grocery store right across the street. Pablo was great, I meet him on the last day and he is super understanding and pleasant to work with. Overall the place gives you peace, security and a starting point to discover new places. I give Pablo a 5 star review!! Absolutely love this place!! Godspeed guys! Oh, I didn’t pay attention to the noise because Heredia is in the City Center therefore noise is expected. Thank you Pablo hope to meet again! Godspeed !!

The accommodation is very close to the UNA, the independent entrance is perfect. The place is exactly as shown in the photos

The time we stayed in the apartment was very satisfactory, since first of all it has a very good location with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and a bus stop nearby. The space is comfortable and has all the utensils to have a comfortable stay for long periods, as was our case. We highlight that it has a large bathroom and that during the day it is quite well lit. We also appreciate the smooth communication we had with Pablo and Lili who assisted us with any questions, we hope to return soon!

Our stay in the loft was just what we needed: A central space in Heredia, close to bus stations, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and within walking distance of tourist places in Heredia. With a beautiful and comfortable terrace and garden, lots of lighting, both natural and artificial, modern style, good internet (my partner and I were able to work remotely all day without problems, making/receiving calls, meetings etc). Although, as others say, there is a bit of ambient noise, by closing the doors and windows more than enough, we managed to sleep and work without problems. We really had a great time!!! A real gem in the heart of Heredia. We can't wait for the next opportunity to visit!

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, Pablo is very friendly, the place near the National University is very practical when you go to an event there.
