Thank you, Juan! This stay is exactly like the pictures, and also better. We only stayed 1 night but we are missing it already. In our very short stay we saw many birds and parakeets and even an iguana that hung out with us all morning. This stay truly exceeded me and my family's expectations. Book this special place that you will not ever forget. Not only is it a wonderful stay but a fun memory to cherish. The AC was very nice. Pool super clean and PERFECT temperature. An amazing place to spend time as a family, and it's super relaxing.

This is a fantastic place—a true highlight of our vacation! It’s very private and peaceful. The pictures don’t capture its full scale. There’s plenty of outdoor space with beautiful views. The pools and surrounding area are gorgeous, very safe, and convenient. The open-air kitchen is a joy to spend time in—whether cooking, eating, working, or just hanging out.

We loved our stay. The rooms, kitchen, and pool were very clean and tidy. There were many thoughtful and creative touches. Highly recommend.

Very nice, private place, and super spacious

We had the best vacation- Juan’s place is magical! It’s a bit challenging to get up the driveway but after the first time it’s a breeze! The pool is the perfect temperature- the rooms all have AC, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make fabulous meals! We are looking forward to returning next year! I highly recommend this very special home!!

This accommodation is unique, amazing, and well appointed. The lighting setup made the place beautiful in the evening. Close to restaurants and beautiful beaches. We had a lovely stay there!

Our stay at Maria del Mar in Playa Flamingo was absolutely fantastic. The property itself is truly special, a beautiful and unique setting tucked into the mountains, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the beach towns. Everything about the property is maintained impeccably. The grounds are immaculate, the pool is fantastic, and the entire space feels thoughtfully cared for. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. What made the experience even more memorable was meeting the owners during our stay. We had the pleasure of spending time with them one evening and they were incredibly lovely, interesting, and welcoming. It added such a personal touch to an already wonderful stay. This property is ideal for larger family groups OR anyone looking for a unique and tranquil experience just outside the busy beach areas. We would absolutely recommend staying here. Great spot! Fun house and beautiful setting with great views and friendly hosts. Everything was well-maintained and clean. Highly recommended!

An excellent place to spend time with family or a large group, very nice and creative facilities, the place is very safe, private and quiet. Our suggestion was that they add more pots for cooking and even containers to store salads or fruits, but Juan Luis was very proactive in solving and serving us excellently. Very grateful! A very nice experience!
