Amazing place, both inside and out. Beautiful outdoor area and pool, with the beach just steps away. The beach is quiet, large, and beautiful. Great for swimming and surfing. The place was well equipped and the host was very responsive. Matapalo Supper Club is a great spot for dinner, just 3 minutes away. Perfect for a family vacation and we will definitely be back.

I came to the Pacific side of Costa Rica to enjoy some beach time, and this place absolutely delivered! Being able to walk straight to the beach and take a morning swim was incredible. The house was perfect for our group of five, especially with the powerful AC, which is a must in Costa Rica. The layout had a fantastic indoor/outdoor vibe, with two large living spaces that made it feel open and connected to nature. The pool was just the right temperature and made for a great spot to relax after beach time. The staff was meticulous with maintaining the property and even offered a few helpful local recommendations. One thoughtful touch that really stood out: they brought sand toys for my young kids (ages 1 and 3) without me even asking. That kind of attention to detail really made our stay special. Highly recommended, this place made our trip unforgettable!

Beautiful home. One of the nicest I have stayed in. Pool is spectacular! The View is incredible. Staff is top notch. My recommendation for grocery would be BM in Dominical. Restaurants at the Marina in Quepos. And Restaurants in Ojchal. Please Note if you want to go to the Manual Antonio park you need to make online reservations. We found out the hard way and was not able to go see it plus it is also closed on Tuesdays. I would highly recommend this home.

we loved the place. very well equipped. we fell short of one bedroom, which was inconvenient. otherwise we were very comfortable. the surroundings were beautiful. the concierge and Gardner were very helpful and responsive. Norman has to advertise it more accurately.

This house and location is outstanding. The beach is beautiful, private and in pristine condition. The house is spotless and well designed and fully equipped should you want to cook. The garden is spectacular and professionally maintained. The location is ideal to explore nearby areas and there are several great restaurants within driving distance. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Wow, what a gem of a place. We had an incredible time. The house was beautiful, spacious, and well-outfitted. We couldn’t have found a better place to spend a week with our family.

Dos Besos is a DREAM! My two teenage sons and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holidays. It is even more gorgeous in person than the photos. If you like to cook, the two kitchens are amazing to do just that! Elizabeth helped us book all our excursions and met us upon arrival to show us around. Do not hesitate to book! You will love it! We are already planning a return trip to stay here! :)

This place was amazing! Better than expected. The place was stocked with drinks, snacks and everything else you would need. We had the beach pretty much to ourselves. The pool was awesome. The host was very informative and quick to respond to any questions that we had. Our family loved this place. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful Villa! After adventuring and traveling around Costa Rica for 10 days this was the perfect place to end our trip. The home itself is just absolutely beautiful and well built. My husband and I are both realtors and see homes all the time and this one is truly special. Amazing outdoor spaces, fabulous kitchens, comfortable beds, great showers with high end fixtures, truly a luxurious place to relax and take in this wonderful country. The pool was clean and warm and our three kids played in it for hours. There is a guest house we don’t even need to use but would be perfect for a parent. The beach was glorious, we walked or ran every morning and afternoon and collected sand dollars. You can walk miles on the beach and barely see other people. We had food delivered most nights because we figured there was nowhere more pleasant than this house to eat. We did one day at Manuel Antonio which was easy and fast to get to. Stay here! You will love it!

House is just fantastic. Built with the finest inside and out it just feels so clean, fresh and rich it was a welcome cooldown after a few days in the jungle. The pool area is just gorgeous to laze around. I just kept admiring all of the thoughtful design details. Beach was better than expected...big, wild, empty, beautiful. We played out there for hours every day and waited for the sunset. Great kitchen for cooking. Right up the street there is a small market enough for basics. La Longosta Feliz up by the highway has fantastic whole fish..we went there twice. Also pizza from Kachete can be ordered and picked up with a 3 minute drive. It is in the local village of Matapalo which is not touristy other than the few beachhouses and has a very local community feel. Easy drive to Quepos/Manuel Antonio area or S. to Dominical. Host communication was great. You just can't go wrong here for a clean private beautiful spot directly on the Pacific Wow.

Our stay at Dos Besos was amazing! With the fresh CR foliage placed throughout, it felt like we were staying at a resort.... But we had the entire place to ourselves. It was steps from the beach, but when we did not want to go to the beach, the pool was perfect. The entire house and yard and outdoor space was perfectly clean and comfortable. They provided all of the essentials so we could stay comfortably and not stress anything. The host's communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The kitchen was stocked with every pan and even a Ninja blender to make fresh smoothies every morning with all of the CR fresh fruit. The neighborhood was safe and VERY quiet. Most days we had the beach to ourselves!!!!!!The beds were comfortable and all rooms were very spacious. All of the furniture both inside and outside was nice, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of delicious restaurants right there in the same village, so we never had to cook or even leave.

To celebrate our wedding anniversary we decided to look for something mind blowing while our own house was not available. We booked Villa Dos Besos / Two Kisses. It beats all the 4 Seasons, Hiltons, Marriotts and all other high-end hotel chains together. The villa is newly built, located right at the beach, with insane ocean views from all corners of the house including bedrooms. The amazing pool, the paradise-like garden and the terraces are perfect for privacy or for entertaining guests. We just loved the floating bed on the porch. All amenities from cutlery to towels are screaming luxury. We experienced a very warm welcome and impeccable concierge service. Would we stay again? Oh yes, absolutely! It is an experience worth every dollar.
