An incredible experience. Juan always answered all our questions. The apartment is beautiful and impeccable in terms of furniture and cleanliness. The area is simply beautiful. Highly recommended.

Spacious and clean accommodation. We were a group of 11 in total, and we all had a great time. Inside the residential complex, they have everything you need so you don't have to go out... but if you do need something, the area is the best, and they have a supermarket next door that makes everything easier. Juan's service is definitely great.

We had a great stay at Juan’s place with a large group (my wife, daughter, in-laws, and my sister-in-law’s family), and the apartment worked really well for all of us. The space was comfortable, well-suited for families, and exactly as described. What really stood out was Juan’s communication. We initially had trouble getting into the property, but he responded immediately and helped us resolve everything quickly, which we really appreciated after a long travel day. There was also a temporary power outage in the building during our stay, which was completely out of his control, but Juan stayed attentive and proactive throughout, checking in and making sure we were okay. Overall, a very positive experience—Juan is a great host and we would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is very nice, comfortable, and cozy; plus, the weather is perfect, and the view from the terrace offers spectacular sunsets. We feel very comfortable at all times. Alicia and Mabel were extremely friendly and helped us with cleaning and breakfast; they are definitely a great asset to the house. The facilities are spacious and comfortable, with very good pool and restaurant options. We also enjoyed the beach very much. The shuttle service to the beach and restaurants is very efficient, with frequent departures, which makes your stay much easier. Also, there is the option to order Uber Eats, which is extremely convenient. We loved everything and would definitely come back. Thank you very much, Juan, for all your attention.

A very nice apartment, with all the amenities, and for the There were 11 adults and 2 children. It was perfect, because they have all the dishes you need to eat and cook.

Just what we needed for a weekend in Acapulco! Besides, we went to an event and we were 5 minutes away from the place. The apartment is amazing, the amenities inside the complex are very good. Having restaurants inside is a super plus! We'll definitely go again.
