The house has everything, it's very comfortable for large families. The hosts were attentive and very friendly when we had some uncertainty about whether or not we could return to our city on time. The house even has inflatables and pool toys, they leave enough towels and even extras. They were super friendly and everything is very comfortable in the house. The only thing is that the street where it is located is unpaved, but you are really two blocks from the avenue and we felt safe at all times. A very good option, there were 4 families with 5 children and we had a great time. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful experience! We were a family of 14 and had a great week, including a memorable family dinner. The place is great for large groups. Communication with the host was excellent; any problems we had were resolved in time. We greatly appreciate your professionalism and kindness. We would definitely book again and highly recommend it. Highly recommended.

Great place close to many things

We had a great time at Tomas' property. Diana was very responsive, the communication with them was amazing since day one when I made my reservation.

It was a very pleasant stay for me and my family, we would definitely come back again.

We had a great time, we really liked the house, we will definitely return there, very spacious and comfortable, the pool is great, we loved seeing a couple of spots inside the house at night but the bad guys stole my daughter's goggles hehe but everyone was very comfortable, we 💯 almost never bothered the host because it was not necessary since the house has everything, 👍 simply great and I would choose that house again in future family visits to Cancun

The stay was the most enjoyable. It was for 9 people, and everyone was satisfied with the place. It's very nice and beautiful with privacy. From the moment we arrived, they were available for any questions. They respond quickly and solve problems quickly. We had the opportunity to rent transportation for the whole family and it was quite accessible to our requests. The place has all the comforts and amenities for a good experience. The patience was the nicest thing of all. It was clean and left in optimal conditions for use. The only drawback is that there are many ants in the house, some may bite, but it is a detail that is part of the nature of the place, so I don't see it as a serious issue. A very good place, and a very good location to get around quickly to any point. I am satisfied with my experience. I could definitely return to this home in the future.

From the time we arrived until we left, everything was excellent, highly recommended for large families, 5 rooms all with a bathroom, the pool, from the time we arrived until we left we enjoyed it💯, the room near the pool is spectacular, the whole house is indescribably super beautiful and the managers are always attentive, thank you very much

Spacious place that accommodated the whole family (10 people). Loved that there was an ensuite for each bedroom. A washer & dryer for cleaning clothes. Very close to convenient store and many restaurants and places to eat. About 20 mins drive from the airport, 10 mins drive to the hotel zone area, 15 mins drive to the port for ferry to Isla Mujeres. Only negative was ants. We kept finding lots of ants in the bedrooms and hallways. Maybe some ant repellent around door ways and kitchen can help deter that. (It is nature so wasn’t a big deal but could freak some people out if they don’t like insects) Other then that, we enjoyed our time and stay in Cancun. Gracias Casa San Mateo, Tomas and Diana.

Everything's great! The house is spectacular and has many rooms with their own bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and the pool was clean when we arrived. We'll be back 100% The only catch was that the air conditioning made a very strange noise and we could not use it, the garage door does not work well and the bathrooms had a lot of ants but Diana and Tomás were aware of the situation and came as soon as we wrote. Problem-solvers 👍🏻 I recommend it

An excellent place to stay and be quiet. My group of 20 people had an amazing time. The house has everything to spend time in it, although since we had plans outside we actually didn't have enough time to enjoy the house more. The pool and everything was clean. The area is very quiet, I guess on school days there is much more movement, but otherwise it should be quiet. I would definitely come back
