Fantastic rental, right on the beach, easily walkable to the marina .

The owners were very responsive to our needs. Great location close to the marina, restaurants and food. The pool and the resort restaurant is right next to the condo perfect for grabbing breakfast or lunch. Food was yummy too. The waves on the beach outside were too dangerous to get in. Some of the biggest waves I’ve ever seen. Condo was supplied with detergent, body soap, plenty of kitchen ware which was nice too.

The condo and the view were beautiful. At times, we were the only ones at the pool which was very peaceful and quiet. We had a lovely and relaxing vacation. Lots of great places to eat nearby and ordering from food delivery apps was seamless. The grounds are extremely well kept and the staff are all very welcoming and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the unit and location. The condo was very nice, comfortable, and well set up, with a beautiful spot right on the beach and next to the pool. Johnny and Julie were excellent hosts — responsive, professional, and great with communication. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend their wonderful place.

Great Place! This condo is located directly on the beach and is unbelievable, especially for the price. Kitchen has everything including Nespresso machine and drip coffee machine. Beach and pool toys in the laundry room. Only 25 steps from the swim up pool bar!! You’re lucky if it’s available!! Ben

Loved this place. Have been to Cabo about 10 times now and always like to try something new. This place did not disappoint! Loved hearing the sound of the ocean, it was close by the pool and was very quiet. I personally like staying near the marina area and besides needing to take an uber to the San Jose Del Cabo side- this place was in walking distance to everything I like. If you are looking for a party type of scene with the pool- you will not find it here. We did a resort pass to Sandos one day for that reason, and it was nice to walk there on the beach and spend the day there, then walk back to the house and get ready for dinner and then walk back. If you want to do activities, it's close to the marina where there are tons of people waiting to offer you something. OR- the hosts have everything you need if you want to go through them. Highly recommend this place for the location, views, cleanliness and communication with the hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The location was gorgeous, steps away from the beach, pool, and Palapa restaurant/bar. The unit was spacious and all the Terrasol staff were great.

Wonderful condo, on the ocean and overlooks the pool and palapa. Watch the whales in the morning, catch sunrise and sunset. Lots of pool toys for the kids too. We definitely will be back ♥️

We have enjoyed Terrasol for over 20 years and visit several times each year. This unit is the perfect location right next to the pool, pool bar and the beach. Very clean and included everything we needed. Terrasol is a hidden Cabo gem for sure!

Great location right on the beach and within walking distance to all the action in Cabo! Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Restaurant and bar next to the pool had pretty good food and drinks for fair prices.

We had a great stay at condo. we loved that it was near the pool and we watched whales jumping from the master bedroom. would definitely stay again!

Amazing beachfront stay at Terrasol Resort. This was our first time in Cabo for New Year’s Eve and it was super fun. Great location and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and very accessible throughout our visit. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late, but the resort was wonderfully accommodating — they ensured we had access and even helped with our luggage, which we truly appreciated. The property itself is beautiful, with unobstructed front views of the ocean. Whale watching right from the window was such a treat! Our kids (ages 4 and 9) loved having the beach right outside, which made for great entertainment while the adults relaxed on the porch. We also appreciated being able to see the pool directly from the porch. The beach was absolutely amazing. The marina is just a short walk away, which was very convenient. The home was clean, tidy, warm, and very comfortable. The beds were great, and the kitchen was well stocked and perfectly set up for families. This stay was truly memorable — we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The beachfront location, ocean views, and proximity to town made everything so easy. It’s also less than a 10-minute walk to a safe, swimmable public beach. Both pools were fantastic, and the service and communication were excellent throughout our stay.
