Our stay was wonderful. From Milagros's service to the cleaning staff. The house is beautiful, and being able to wake up with a view of the sea was wonderful. It's right in the center of town, which makes it very accessible to walk and not use the car. On the other hand, Banana Beach, which is next door, has not caused us any problems, and we have been able to eat there some days. Milagros helped us get surf lessons that were great for our kids. A place to go back to!

Perfect spot for a stay in Santa Teresa. Walked everywhere! But you’ll want to just stay at the house is so amazing. Pool and being on the beach can’t be beat. Milagros was such a helpful host too

The location is perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet centrally located with charming boutiques, excellent restaurants, and a supermarket all within easy walking distance. A special thank you to Milagros, whose outstanding hospitality made our stay truly effortless. She arranged a fully stocked refrigerator before our arrival, organized surf lessons for our children, and ensured the house was beautifully cared for every single day. Her attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. This is a truly special place that combines comfort, luxury, and the authentic charm of the area. We created unforgettable family memories here and have no doubt that we’ll be returning very soon. Highly recommended 🫶🏻

This is one of my favorite Airbnb's I have ever stayed at. This place was epic, beachfront, had a fully stocked kitchen, and cleaning service daily. If I had known how much we would have loved this Airbnb we would have stayed longer. I would absolutely go back again. Thank you, Milagros!

It was a wonderful stay! Waking up with the beach and waves every morning was restorative. I enjoyed the music next store and it was off relatively early.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house is very well laid out. We stayed as two families and the layout was perfect. Both primary bedrooms are well appointed and have their own unique benefits (one with the outdoor bathroom and the other with beautiful views). The three kids loved their room and the en-suite bathroom was nice for them to have. The daily cleaning of the space was particularly wonderful and a luxury which we appreciated very much. The kitchen is well appointed with all the small appliances and cookware you need. Location wise we loved being on the beach and having groceries right across the street made things very easy. As others have said the beach clubs nearby can be noisy in the afternoons and evenings for us it was a bit much but I can see enjoying the vibe if that is what you’re looking for. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation that we will not soon forget!

The Location and concierge are great. We had no trouble with the Beach club next door and when we were delayed a few hours with our flight on departure, it was no problem for the concierge to stay a little longer in the villa so that we did not have to sit at the airport. In one word great!

The best location in Santa Teresa next door to the banana beach and Uma and if you serve, you have the best beach break right in front of your back door

If you are looking to relax and unwind, you’ve found the home. Yes, there was some noise from local neighbor hotels but it didn’t bother us (including our 1yr old) too much as we felt the beauty and calmness of being beachfront in an amazing home. We left feeling happy, rejuvenated, and not wanting to leave. Milagros was an enormous resource for any questions we had. And her cleaning team was superb as they checked in with us daily.

Probably top 5 Airbnb we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! The house layout and features are just amazing, the outside area with the pool, outdoor kitchen, and not to mention a stones throw from a breathtaking beach this house was perfect for us with our kids and for hosting people on thanksgiving. 10/10!

My husband, total of 10 times it’s one of our favorite countries to go to. We can never stay at the same place twice, but I would definitely stay at this thing again indeed I look forward to rebooking it for next year. This was my favorite place in South America or Caribbean that we’ve ever stayed. Milagro was centered, rolling and empathetic. She made sure you were taken care of. We will definitely stay at this place.
