La Santa

This home was absolutely amazing! Everything and more than the pictures represented. Very roomy, comfortable, and the outside views were outstanding and the access to the ocean easy and extremely swimmable, right off the edge of the property! We all loved it! We also took advantage of the private chef which was quite tasty and the daily cleaning was also great. We appreciated the extra care from Memo!

We had such an incredible stay. I came with our large family for 5 nights. The pictures of the outdoor area don't do enough justice as to how pretty, relaxing the area actually is. Every small detail was thought of to make our stay comfortable. The outdoor shower, life jacket and snorkling equipment. It really was magnificent. They were extremely pleasant to deal with, very fast response time and great communication. I would highly recommend this airbnb

Santa Estancia is a gem. The design of the house and landscaping is artistically unique and beautiful as well as functional. The backyard has private grassy areas in shade and a sunny beach area that leads to some of the best snorkeling on the Island. The breathtaking sunsets and turquoise Caribbean waves are spiritually mesmerizing and rejuvenating. The staff is so friendly they felt like family by the time we reluctantly left for home.

La Santa's place was both beautiful and comfortable, perfect for our group of eleven adults. The space easily accommodated all of us, offering large living areas where we could gather as a full group, as well as smaller, more intimate spots for a few people to hang out. The check-in and check-out processes were exceptionally smooth. Memo was fantastic, meeting us right at the door and assisting us in scheduling the daily cleaning service. Alma's responsiveness via the messaging app was incredible, starting weeks before our arrival as she helped us plan dinners and ensured the house was stocked with groceries. Each of the six bedrooms featured a private, well-appointed bathroom. The daily cleaning was great at tidying all the bedrooms, kitchen, communal areas, and the bathrooms. The spectacular property offers direct ocean access and fantastic snorkeling right from the beautiful backyard. Its convenient location, just a few steps to Hotel B make arranging Taxis or Diving a breeze.

Our experience in this house surpassed our expectations. Not only is it a beautiful home, the yard and location on the water was amazing. We had 11 people, (3 generations), and everyone was able to enjoy both privacy and togetherness depending on where they chose to hang out. Snorkeling right off the yard was spectacular, a were the sunrise sky colors and the sunsets over the sea. We loved how clean it was, and the staff were all friendly and helpful with pumping up bike tires, keeping paddle boards and snorkeling gear in great shape, and always having things in order. This was a wonderful experience!

Very beautiful house!

This place was absolutely wonderful! Exactly how it was described and looked in the photos. We were a group of 11 adults and it was so comfortable for all of us! The location was perfect, very easy to get cabs and get to various restaurants. We would absolutely come back again!

What an amazing home and team. We spent four nights here as part of our honeymoon and we cannot recommend the home enough. The backyard is simply magical and has something for everyone. We snorkeled off the back yard and saw a turtle. Memo and Alma are both angels and so helpful. The pool is perfect for laying out. We cannot wait to come back. If you are coming to Cozumel this is the only place I would recommend to stay.

Magical! We just spent a week celebrating the wedding of my daughter and son in law! The staff was exceptional. The house was perfection. Alma was so responsive and helpful every step of the way. I would give more than 10 stars if that was an option. Thank you for providing us a beautiful place to celebrate with our families. Will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, five stars all around. Alma, the owner, was extremely responsive whenever I reached out before our arrival, and "Memo" was incredibly helpful during our stay. He handled the dishes daily, made drinks, assisted with some cooking, and even came by at 10pm one night when the door jammed. Two ladies also came each morning to clean, and they were very kind. The location was excellent. I was initially concerned it might be noisy since it is in the "Hotel Zone", but it was actually very quiet. The backyard is massive, and the greenery is truly impressive. The host went above and beyond to ensure all the extras were available. The property included six snorkels and masks with fins, two high-quality paddle boards, a "Sunchill" anchored in the water for floating, a large speaker, four comfortable lounge chairs, a spacious cabana with plush pillows, a large Yeti cooler, a blender for drinks, and more. We are hoping to return soon!

La Santa is the best place to stay in Cozumel, it’s so close to town and also far enough for peace and quiet. The team was always helpful, the house spotless, they even help us remove a difficult stain from clothing and make the space amazing for the kids. We didn’t even have to go out that much, we wanted to stay all the time :)

Our stay at La Santa Estancia was superb. The ocean access, pool, view and surroundings are, if anything, better than pictured. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We had Chef Antony cook a dinner, and it was excellent. We used all 6 bedrooms and it was perfect for an extended group of friends with two grown kids. We hope to be back next year!

We had an amazing time, the house is beautiful, well equipped and in an excellent location. Excellent service from Alma and Memo, we will definitely be back.
