We loved our stay at this Airbnb in Playa Grande. The place is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool is beautiful and very pleasant, and the location is ideal, only five minutes from the beach. We had a small problem with the front door, but Jonathan intervened very quickly to resolve it. He was extremely responsive, available and efficient, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to stay in Playa Grande. Again, thank you for this great experience!

Had an amazing stay. The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was convenient and made everything easy for us. The host was very responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth with no issues. You can tell they put effort into making sure guests feel at home. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The place was amazing , private and perfectly immersive in nature , we literally had monkeys just hanging in the trees in yard. Everything was locked and had separate keys so safety was ensured. House is clean all around with a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, hosts were very responsive on all fronts with property adjacent questions and non adjacent. Beautiful area walkable to beach and good pickup and drop off location for uber so transportation without a rental was no problem. Thank you guys for having us

My family had a great stay here. It was the perfect size for 5 with a lot of room to spare. Instructions are very clear and make access super easy. They were in contact throughout with updates. Everything was clean, all the ACs worked, the pool was a great way to cool off, and we loved having howler monkeys join us for a day. The place is stacked with everything you could want in a nice relaxing getaway.

This place was amazing. The pool kept us nice and cool throughout our stay and the bedrooms were cool at night as well. We even had monkeys in the trees in the backyard. The kitchen was fully stocked for whatever you need. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. Playa Grande was only a 5 minute drive away with an amazing beach to explore. Lots of restaurants to choose from within a 5 minutes drive away.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Manta! There was so much space for all 7 of us to hang around & enjoy the house! It was also very private inside ☺️ Would recommend!

Decent spot but construction in the area was annoying. Place could use some upgrades but overall nice place close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Definitely need a vehicle for this location

This place is older than pictured. The oven doesn’t work (it stays on and you cannot turn it off unless you switch the breaker), it also falls forward because it’s not installed correctly. There’s no AC in the kitchen (super hot). The dishwasher isn’t installed correctly and falls forward. There’s a serious ant problem. You will need to keep all your groceries in the fridge. There’s an ammonia smell coming from the cabinets. There’s a water leak in the bathroom off the kitchen. All bed linens were old and stained. The curtains in the master room and pool suite are water stained at the bottom. The pool suite doors don’t close effectively, so water and insects get in. The master bedroom door doesn’t close all the way. The water pressure in the master bedroom is non-existent (I had to take a shower downstairs). The gate to enter the house is manual and heavy (it fell off the rails and onto my husband). There’s loud construction directly next door that starts at 6am every day; no sleep.

Regarding the gate, the metal stopper broke due to an unusually hard impact during your stay. While this was unexpected, we have already repaired it and are in the process of upgrading to a motorized gate system for added convenience. Additionally, we’re excited to announce that a new air conditioner is being installed in the kitchen area to ensure even greater comfort for our guests.

Where do i start. I booked this house for a group of friends. I was extremely excited to stay at Casa Manta. The images of the house are clearly dramatized (more vivid and bright than actual house). When we arrived i received instructions that the gate was not working and would need to be manually opened and closed. This was an extreme inconvenience due to how heavy the actual gate was and having to do this process every time we left and came back was a hassle. The street has multiple houses with active construction going on so we were usually awakened by the noise and they also switched off our power and water several times. Not any fault of Casa Manta but however it is still an inconvenience to be aware of. The kitchen became miserable to stand in due to no AC and only a standing fan. Master suite door doesn’t close fully so the room quickly was filled with lizards. Imagine brushing your teeth or showering and a lizard pops out. Wildlife is expected but this was an infestation

The hosts were very organized and sent us detailed information about the house, restaurants, and activities in the area. They also sent directions to the best grocery store and greeted us with cold drinks. They checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The house comfortably slept 8, keeping in mind that we went with family and were okay sharing beds. We loved all the open windows and balcony from the master bedroom. The pool and large glass doors were also nice. There is a spacious kitchen table and bbq area with seating outside, as well as couches and hammocks. If you have young kids, you should know the master bedroom isn’t connected to the other rooms. The kitchen is also detached and didn’t feel like it had ac, and we had an ant problem so we had to keep all food in the fridge. The TV area is small. The house seems older than it looks in the pictures. The location was great for trips to beaches, restaurants, and activities. We enjoyed our stay here!

It was a great stay! Loved the pool. It is much smaller than I thought through the photos but still a good chill area. The outdoor couch cushions and liners were dirty, also the couch in the kitchen had some stains. Definitely be prepared for wildlife had a drop in by a crab and a lovely frog in the toilet. It is in a weird location very away from the main road and surrounded by nothing really and the roads aren’t paved so it is a tough road to get through. Besides that it was a great time. The host decorated for my birthday, they were very responsive, very helpful with recommendations and travel! Definitely would book again!

Very beautiful house. Clean. Safe neighborhood. Ready to the beach (2 mins by car) and between 20 and 45 mins to many other beaches. Expanding neighborhood, so there's a little noise with building houses.
