Excellent experience from start to finish. We were in touch with Luis from the start and he was extremely responsive, set up our transfers and took care of rides in to town when needed. Also lined up chef Antonio for us who was excellent. House was wonderful, better in person. Great view of the ocean and overlooking the 18th green. Overall we had a great time and wonderful stay.

This was a perfect stay for Christmas week for the whole family . And to top it off it’s a great location for whale watching from the patio. The house is beautiful and spacious and the location can’t be beat, close enough to downtown and even closer to activities and amenities in Quivira. The house concierge, Luis was very helpful and accommodating. Wonderful memories.

What a fantastic property within the Quivira community! We had a great time at Trevor’s place. Plenty of room for our group and the house comes well equipped with everything you need. The views from the patio/pool are incredible, and all spaces across the interior/exterior of the home are super comfortable and spacious. Trevor was a responsive and incredibly accommodating host, and Luis the house manager was awesome to work with. It was essentially like having a personal concierge; Luis helped arrange golf, daily chef service, transportation, golf carts, and in-home massages. Anything we needed throughout our stay, Luis was on top of it. Location was very safe and convenient: 2 min drive from the Quivira golf clubhouse, 10 min to the marina, and 20-30 min to different restaurants within the tourist corridor. Would highly recommend booking a stay here!

11 of us just spent 4 days at Trevor’s house. Place was amazing! Luis the house manager is awesome too. He helped us with whatever we needed: groceries, taxis, chefs, golf. Would definitely stay here again. Backyard is even better in person.

Trevor’s home was absolutely incredible. With 10 people, it still felt spacious and peaceful — everyone had room to relax. The backyard is a dream: pool, spa, outdoor family room, fire pit, BBQ — we used it all and loved every minute. The house had everything we needed; we only left once the entire week. We even brought in a chef to prepare gourmet meals, and the setup was perfect. Luis, the house manager, was fantastic — when a smoke detector started chirping at 9 PM, he had the battery replaced in 20 minutes. Truly above and beyond. Our family came away closer and recharged from this amazing experience. We can’t wait to come back.

The house itself was absolutely amazing — spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious vacation. But what truly set this experience apart was the house manager, Luis Hands down the best we’ve ever encountered. From the moment we booked, Luis was incredibly helpful and responsive. He coordinated all of our transportation, helped us hire a private chef (which was phenomenal), arranged grocery deliveries, and was always available if we needed anything at all. It felt like having a personal concierge on hand — without the hassle. Communication was super easy, and he made the whole trip seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Cabo, this is it. Amazing property, five-star service, and an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Thank you, Trevor and Luis!

Trevor’s place was fantastic. Amazing backyard patio spaces with all the amenities. Outdoor dining had a great ambiance, heated pool and spa overlooking the ocean in the background. Private firepit area. We used it all. The furniture was high end and the beds were super comfy. I thought the layout was super ideal for our group of 9. We took advantage of the private chef option for several meals which was definitely worth it. House is in a gated community so everything felt very safe and secure. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at Trevor’s breathtaking house. The house was stylish, comfy, and in a perfect location. We felt safe inside both guard gates but security was not a hassle. Luis, the house manager, was outstanding—warm, accommodating, and always on top of everything. A must-stay gem!

One word: Immaculate. The views of the ocean from the floor to ceiling glass, the amenities, the fixtures, the cleanliness, all of it. Luis the house manager is incredible and overall this was my best experience on Airbnb. I would stay at this house again over any 5 star resort.

Our stay in Cabo was incredible! The location was perfect—close to the marina, restaurants, and all the attractions. The villa was spacious, well-designed, and fully equipped for a luxurious getaway. Trevor was an exceptional host. His house was beautiful and well appointed. He made every step from booking to checking out flawless. This house is located in a very secure neighborhood with sweeping views. We had a wonderful stay over NYE. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the house manager Luis who was a real gem! I highly recommend this house for anyone looking forward to a memorable time in Cabo!
